The breakfast needs a lot of improvement.

Our room was tiny (barely enough space to walk around the bed) and it had no windows!You can hear everything from the hallway as if it were inside the room. From the pictures I expected better quality.

The staff tried to apologize for the horrible experience. The whole hotel need to be properly cleaned. The room was very dirty with hair in the bathroom, previous user's waste in the shower and dead cockroach in the bathroom. Disgusting. They rely on a teenager to "clean". I had to as 3 times to have the cockroach removed from the bathroom. The bed was hard as were the pillows. Breakfast was horrible. I would never stay there again. Also, we payed top price for the most expensive room after seeing the initial room was much worse and not what was advertised.

breakfast was ok, Could have had more variety day to day. Hotel is older - 1st room def had some sewage gas smell when AC was off. Rooms are smaller. Staff seemed a bit lack-luster compared to other hotels I have stayed in in Vietnam.

Excellent location in the old town of Hanoi and Hoan Kiem lake. Staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean. My only remark for the rooms would be that may require some renovation soon, as they start to look old. Breakfast is nice too. Value for money. Some rooms have no window view
