Tuan, the person in reception, was helpful, accommodating and tried to respond to our requests. Provided daily of bottled water, coffee, room cleaning and clean towels. Kind of challenging to communicate. Tuan would use digital translator, the other staff dont have the translator so there were several miscommunication.

The location was great in the heart of the city. Easy walking to attractions and many local restaurants. Friendly staff who spoke English. Airport transportation was convenient and helpful. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. I travel solo and don't need a lot of amenities. No pool, gym, or spa. Did not have satellite TV.

Very central hotel, next to Temple of Literature and few minutes walk to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Room is good, nice design. Price is quite cheap

I liked the location of the hotel, right across the road of the Literature Temple and surrounded by a lot of coffee shops and food places. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped and clean & I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The staff at the reception was also really welcoming and helpful. If you don't want to stay in the busy Hoan Kiem Lake area and prefer some peace while still being near all the action (like me), I recommend staying here!

The room given to us was spacious. However, the others rooms were not as big as we expected since we booked 4 family suites. Hard to communicate with non-english speaking frontdesk officers. The hotel should have officers that can at least understand and speak basic english

-The location was great, across the Temple of Literature. Within walking distance from the Old Quarter (30-minutes), and safe during the day and night time. -Fairly clean. -When we arrived, the hotel didn't have our booking. Eventually the problem got sorted. -Little insects in the room.
