The location is advantage—it’s conveniently surrounded by a variety of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping areas, making it easy to find food or shop anytime. The room is not nice and not very clean. Also, some of their staff is not accommodating.

Location was perfect for someone staying in Hanoi, everything was within walking distance or a very easy Grab ride (never had issues booking to and from this location). Internet was fast enough for me to work on and do calls. The balcony was amazing to have, great views. Matched the pics. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Felt safe here as a solo traveller. AC was a lifesaver. Would happily stay here again. The bathroom cleanliness could have been better, but I'm not too picky - it's pretty typical for Vietnam to not have perfect grout so if that bothers you then you may be better off at an established/chain hotel.

The location is great, it is in the middle of everything, the stuff is wonderful, they took care of our every need , we had a 2 days trip to ho chi min and they kept our big luggages , they sent taxi to pick us from the airport, Location and stuff got over everthing

They had a 24 check in & were helpful in arranging airport pick up when last minute changes had me coming in at 3am . Bed was actually 2 full size beds so very big! The shower area had what appeared to be mold in the grout and caulked areas. I realize we all live in the real world with other animals, but when I returned to my room there were 2 bugs crawling on the bed. ( not bed bugs) even tho I had no food in the room.

We were provided to different rooms during our 2 night stay. The first room is in their 6th floor with no access in the elevator since it only reached up to 5th floor. Good thing the staff help us with our luggage.

Location was convenient. The room was bigger than some places I stayed in Hanoi. Walking distance to railway station. When communicated with staff about checking in early they said okay, but when I got there they said I needed to pay a fee, I do understand that but I should have been notified of this beforehand.

The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They let you leave your luggages and let you check-in early if there's room available. None so far.
