Highly recommend this hotel. Very convenient location in the old quarter of Hanoi with walking distance to Hoàn Kiem lake. And staffs there are very friendly, provide incredible service. The room is spacious, well maintained and the food is great. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Hanoi None

Brilliant hotel in the middle of the old quarter. My partner and I felt like royalty the entire time. The rooms were immaculate & very clean. There is also a buffet breakfast and restaurant with Vietnamese and Western food. Special shout out to Hana and Tim at the front desk, super helpful and always so happy.

Very close to night market, Saint Joseph cathedral church and lake. We were able to walk to these places. The breakfast was amazing. We liked authentic and tasty croissants and fried fish. They had options for vegetarians guests also. Since the property is in old quarter, you might have to walk on road and sometimes you get to walk on sidewalks which might be blocked but still it is easily walkable.

I had to take a towel to clean up my make which got spilled in the bathroom. They charged me for that towel $10. It’s not about money but there is no understanding for these kind of situation. I really felt so upset

We stayed here during our visit in Hanoi and had a very pleasant stay and experience. The location is perfect with the markets being in a walking distance and the rooms were also well maintained. Special shout out to the hotel staff right from the reception to housekeeping to hotel restaurant. Everyone was really sweet and friendly and would recommend this to anyone visiting Hanoi

From the moment I arrived was greeted and made most welcome. Location couldn't be better right in the heart of the old Quarter and around 8 minute walk to lake. Room was fabulous and clean with a small balcony. Located down a tree lined street so very little traffic and got a good night sleep. None

The hotel is very well located within the Old Quarter with a number of restaurants and cafes on your doorstep. Pleasingly there was very little noise that could be heard from our room on the fourth floor. The breakfast was solid and they provided packed breakfast boxes for anyone needing to leave early in the morning. We were also allowed a late checkout of 3:45pm instead of the standard 12:00pm because my mother was not well and needed to rest as much as possible before making our way to the airport - this was much appreciated. I booked for a double room which should have had two double beds. However we were only given a room with one double bed plus one roller bed as can be seen in the photos. They didn't even tell me upfront and it was only after checking in that I realised we had been short changed. Hence I have marked down my rating of the hotel.

The staff were lovely and accommodating. Loved the room with the balcony where we could watch the world go by, the room was also a good size with a comfortable bed.

Everything was good including breakfast, cleanliness, staffs, location and price. I really liked my balcony room. It was clean compared to other hotels in Hanoi old quarter. Overall, I have no compliants about the hotels at all. All the staffs were nice. We requested the interconnected room with balcony and window. One room had balcony and the other that was interconnected had to have not much window since it was right behind it. I just felt bad for my travel mates that had to stay there. That was the sacrifice we had to make.

Great location—can’t be beat! Clean rooms and bathrooms, great breakfast! The rooms were quiet and soundproof enough for being in the middle of a city. The staff was very helpful, they assisted us with our airport transfers and a few other questions. They even packed us a takeout bag for breakfast for our early flight. Nothing, really. Met my expectations for a property of this type (2-3 stars level).

Friendly staff, nice location, okay breakfast. The room felt a tad claustrophobic, only a small window that went out into some kind of inner alley.

The hotel is very well located, next to shops. The rooms are very cozy, we feel comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast is very good, ! A special mention to Lucy who is kind and who gave us good advice for our stay in Hanoi. None

The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are comfortable and very nice. The breakfast is amazing. We had booked only one night originally, but we wanted to stay two more nights so we liked the hotel. I would especially like to thank Lucy for her kindness and tourist advice. I would also like to thank Daniel for the beautiful photos he took at breakfast and for his quality service.
