great location. in the heart of town but located on a quieter street. reception girls were awesome. . its quite a trek to walk ul to my room. the internet struggled a bit while i was there.

The hostel is clean and peaceful, and it’s located in a good location. This was value for money. The staff was helpful and I was able to exchange money at the reception.

Location is great and super central to that area of Hanoi. I liked being super close to Old Quarter where most back packing tourists hang around. The place is just very run down but it does reflect the really affordable price. For one night, after arriving quite late, I thought this was okay.

There was a good bahn mi down the street Concierge tried to rip us off when we upgraded room, tried to charge us full price even though we agreed on the booking.com price. bathrooms are very average and the whole place has a feeling about it that it’s going to fall apart, also the staff in the lobby were talking till late at night and my brother couldn’t get to sleep because of it. There were also no blankets and we asked if we could have one, but the language barrier was too much even with google translate

They list that there is a “bathtub” in the bathroom, but there is not. The room was so small that we asked to move to a different room, and initially they tried to charge us more than what was listed on booking.com for the upgraded room. Even in the bigger room there was no natural light.

They made us pay the water we thought was free. A little expensive, the shower didn’t have much hot water and it was a bit dirty.

Nothing It was disgusting and filthy. The sheets were covered in stains, one of which looked like blood. There were hairs all over the bed.
