We stayed in four different Old Quarter hotels (due to last minute changes) and thought the Golden Holiday was best. It is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Really an unrivaled experience for a great value. Highly recommend. Loved everything

There is nothing to dislike about this property. The price that you pay for the room is absolutely perfect. I would just like to suggest one thing to the management as this property is often stayed by Indians they should try to add more vegetarian options in the breakfast

The staff were very polite and helpful. We were able to exchange some currency at the reception which was convenient and they even prepared us some breakfast on our last day even though we checked out very early. Our room was very big and pretty. The breakfast was good but nothing special. The location is excellent for exploring the old town without being too loud. The only downside was that we got some ants in our room, possibly brought back from our shopping. Once we reported it the room was cleaned and the ants were gone.

I stayed at the golden holiday hotel for 3 nights with my wife. The stay was really good. I would like to give a special shoutout to the staff Mr. Happy and Ms. Kim. They're really polite, friendly and go above and beyond to help you. Happy and Kim helped me with local food suggestions, places to chill nearby. I booked 2 tours, airport cab pickup and drop from the hotel, all at a very reasonable price. I recommend this to anyone looking for a nice cozy stay in Hanoi.

The receptionist was the kindest lady who gave us a free room upgrade when we asked for a higher floor, even though it was our fault in mistakenly booking the room type. She recommended a great cruise which we took for the best price. The hotel is really nice, clean and well located.

The staff are very nice. We booked the wrong date and we had nowhere to go (all the hotel is not available due to new year celebrations )but the staff gave us mattress and blankets to sleep. We were so tired so it was sooo helpful The reception lady show us the perfect plan for spending time Hanoi and Nihnbin for us. We booked two tour at this hotel and those were amazing I definitely come back next time

Everything. I had the deluxe room with a city view and it was excellent. The location is great, close to everything, but not loud that hurts your sleep. like another place I stayed in with the same area. The staff is great and very helpful.

I had the best time during my stay at Hanoi Golden Holiday Hotel. The staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful, and arranged everything you need. I’ve stayed at the hotel twice during my trip, and the 2nd time my room got upgraded to an even bigger room. The bed is potentially the biggest bed I’ve ever slept in. None

A very nice stay. Staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful, they gave us another room because some guest was too loud on the corridor at midnight. They even spoke with him about being more aware of others. The room was spacious with windows and nice bathroom. The hotel is close to everything and it is not hard to find it. Warmly recommend!

Free upgrade to family room. Staff speaks english really good. The breakfast is excellent, the wstermelon juice and bacon are the best! Quiet and relaxing part of Hanoi, excellent location Nothing, I will be back for sure!
