The room was quite small, and not like in the pictures shown. The breakfast was okay. The staff that serves breakfast is great.

Breakfast has fewer options. Statt smoking by the breakfast area. Front desk staff need to be more welcoming and informative.

Breakfast was good and the staff in the dining room especially Son, he is very helpful and respectful. I very happy that the manager Jerry checking clientele in the dining room engaging in conversation and helping us with the day tours and all our needs. exceptional!! I wish they could give us extra pillows other than that everything was good. The bidet was a bit dirty but they looked after it right away and cleaned it.

Just the staff Old, amenities very poor. No hot water after 1 shower. 2nd person to take a shower won’t have hot water. Beddings tower all worn out & old.

Location Room was old and not same as in the picture advertised. There was even cockroach.

The location was great and central and super close to train street. Friendly staff. The room door did not lock and had about a 2-3 inch gap at the bottom, which I used the limited towels to block. When I got into the room the window was open and is easily accessible from the hall which was uncomfortable. The window looked into the room next to you so u had to have the curtains closed at all times.
