The hotel is located in the center of the Old Quarter. It is ideal for anyone who wants to explore the city, as it is close to many places you can reach on foot. Otherwise, there are public transport options, taxis, and of course the Grab app.

Very friendly staff, rooms are comfortable, breakfast is testy, excellent location.

The location and kindness of the staff I booked a Jr suite and had an add on bed that was not as comfortable as a regular bed

The place was central old quarter yet quiet on the smaller side street. Jasmine was awesome! Nice breakfast and a good sleep.

The staff ( Jasmine and Ming) are very welcoming and efficient. Breakfast is great and the hotel is in the Old Quarter but on a quieter lane way so it’s quiet at night and not quite so chaotic

The loveliest host, Jasmine, was gracious and took wonderful care of us. I was recovering from a scooter accident and she provided all kinds of help. Really enjoyed the room which had an en suite living room, the community breakfast dining room, and the central location in Ancient Town HaNoi. Highly recommend!

Sink was very slow to drain but the front desk apologized and fixed it immediately

I really enjoyed my stay at the Golden Art Hotel. Though not particularly fancy, the my room was clean and very comfortable, and the AC worked well. Staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful! Breakfast was also amazing with many options made to order. I thought this hotel was an excellent value and I would love to stay there again if I find myself in Hanoi.

The staff AWESOME!!! So much hospitality so much making you fell like home and being in the same vibe as you! Exceptional this hotel! Will book again if we come back to Hanoi! A/c wasnt too good but honestly it didn’t matter with the vibe that was going on.

Situated in the Old Quarter, the location was perfect. The room was clean and cozy, very comfortable. Check in and check out was easy, and the staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was good too. Would definitely stay here again! Nothing

We enjoyed our stay at Golden Art hotel so much! Rooms were wonderful, nicely decorated, very cosy and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was amazing, so delicious. Staff were so wonderful and very helpful with every detail that we asked them. Location was perfect, near everything! Such a wonderful stay, we were so happy!

Great location, the street is small and quite . The staff is very kind and helpfull. The room was of good size and calm . The shower and bathroom were good. Actually the hot water was to hot , may be it needs to be tuned . WIFI was OK. Breakfast was plentyfull and of good quality and large choice. the paint could be revamped in the room
