The first thing worth mentioning is the superb location: step out of the hotel, and you are right in the heart of the Old Town’s vibrant life. Everything is literally within walking distance: the market, the night market, the sights, and the famous street with the train! The staff are top-notch; it is rare to find such warmth, attentiveness, friendliness, and genuine delight in welcoming every guest. The breakfasts are a solid 10 out of 10—there is food to suit absolutely every taste! If you are staying for just one night, a room without a view is fine, but for a longer stay, a room with a balcony is better—simply open the door, and you can see the city’s bustling life. If you value coziness and a welcoming atmosphere combined with excellent service, then this is definitely the place for you!

After a long journey from Ho Chi Minh City, we arrived late and completely exhausted. David immediately made us feel welcome and at home. He took the time to sit down with us, look us in the eye, and genuinely care about how we were doing. His kindness and hospitality stood out right away and set the tone for our entire stay. Throughout our visit, David consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect and provided excellent recommendations that made our time even more enjoyable. Lee was equally exceptional, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable, smooth, and memorable. Their level of care and professionalism truly made all the difference. I give this hotel five stars across the board and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. The hotel itself is wonderful, but what truly makes it special are the incredible people who work there. We hope to return to Hanoi someday and would gladly stay here again—hopefully David and Lee will still be there to welcome us back!

I really liked the location. You could walk to the night market and the local stores were everywhere. Lots of places to see. The staff mostly all are fluent in English and very happy to help. My kids favourite part was the breakfast! Best breakfast ever even for picky eaters! And included ;) Netflix on the TV gave me time for naps :) Hotel was great just be careful of the traffic when walking around. It's a different driving situation here. No real negatives about the hotel.

Hotel was cute, clean, and in the heart of the action. Because of the location you can expect heavy traffic noise late into the evening & when rush hour starts in the morning. The staff was super helpful - Steve at check in & Linh at check out. The hotel recommends paying cash as the credit card fee is 5%. It would have been nice to know beforehand so we could have prepared. The fresh cut flowers were a nice homey touch. Shower was really small. Layout made it hard for women who did not wish to wash their hair.
