Car can't get in the alley street

The location was in the heart of old district hanoi nothing, everything was good

staff accommodation specially tue manager have to walk because street is closed

Breakfast was the best.The executive boy with spectacles was very courteous and with a smiling and greetings gesture.breakfast has too many options . Sky bar had a great view of the lake and even the breakfast room had a great view. The room was comfortable.bed was good .The shower was hot .It was near the lake only a 1 min walk. The door bell staff helped my elderly mother with luggage and everything .They were fast and attentive. Welcome drink with some dry fruits was provided. It was tasty. All Food Joints are beside the hotel and hoan kiem lake visit was really good every day We stayed 3 days in bonsella at twin room with city view. Overall hotel staff was very supportive The cleaning staff in morning hours by 8am gather at corridor and cleaning other rooms created too much noise The door of the hotel room is not that sound proof. So the morning time sleep was little disturbed. Each floor has 3 rooms .so the corridor with lift was little compact and noise and voice could be hear. Weekend the roads are barricaded near the hotel. So cab will come a little farther from the hotel .A small walk of 2 min is required.Hotel staff helps in that. 5% on card charge .Any card payment is 5% extra.

Right inside the old quarter where there are many restaurant options. Also 2 min walk to the lake. Great for morning jog/run. Nothing

Just the noise from outside at nighttime, on a weekend. It sounds like there's a band playing on the other hotel. I can easily hear the noise coming from the other room too.

It was a amazing clean and in the middle of the old quarter, close to the market and the lake , we love it ?

We especially loved the location of this hotel. The lake is right around the corner, with a big night market and tons of restaurants and convenient stores as well. Much more quiet than some other streets. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choices for a boutique hotel.

Great location less than a block from the lake. Comfortable, clean rooms and super nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast too. We had a great stay!

The Bonsella Hotel is in a prime location with easy access to the attractions in and around the Old Quarter. The room itself was clean, sizeable, and matched the photographs on the website. The staff were helpful and operated a seamless check-in and check-out process, and were able to accommodate specific room requests. If visiting Hanoi in the future, I will certainly consider returning to Bonsella Hotel. On checking in, it became apparent that the safe in my room was not functioning correctly and was unusable. I raised this with the front desk who were unfortunately unable to assist at the time and had mentioned it would be logged and looked at the following morning; I did not receive any further updates on this. There is also a certain amount of sound leakage between rooms, such as hearing conversations / the toilet flushing in the room next door. While not a huge deal, this could be problematic in a longer stay.

Best location in the old quarter with Restaurants, bars, coffeeshops just outside the hotel. The lake just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Wonderful, helpful and always happy staff and really good breakfast with amongst all fresh fruit and freshly made eggdishes like omelette or scrambled eggs. Great rooms with a really good bed and a modern bathroom! I We loved everything with Bonsella and I strongly recommend it to all people going to Hanoi!!

Perfectly located in Old Hanoi, walking distance to main attractions in the old town. The staff were great and went out of their way to ensure we were happy. For example, we've lost and item in a bus we went for a Ha Long Bay tour and they contacted the tour company, found the item, and had it delivered to our room, all within 2 hours - amazing! The breakfast was great with many Asian & Western food choices, as well as with made-to-order dishes. The bed was comfortable and the AC provided sufficient cooling to make the stay pleasent. The shower in the bathroom needs some attention as it was leaking.
