I spent five wonderful days at this hotel, and every single day was exceptional. What truly makes this hotel special is the people. A huge thank you to Sophie and her incredible team for making me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. Everyone was kind, friendly, professional, and always greeted me with a genuine smile. The doormen were equally amazing—always ready to help, whether it was opening the door, helping with directions, or simply wishing me a great day. One of the highlights of my stay was breakfast. I’m usually not a morning person, but I found myself waking up early every day just so I wouldn’t miss it! The selection was fantastic, with everything from fried rice and freshly cooked eggs to pastries, croissants, fresh fruit, and so much more. Every meal was fresh and absolutely delicious. My room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved my little balcony, where I could relax and soak in the atmosphere after a day of exploring Hanoi. The location is unbeatable. You can easily walk to so many of Hanoi’s top attractions, including the Night Market, Train Street, Note Coffee, beautiful temples, great restaurants, spas, bars, and countless local shops. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. This hotel made my trip to Hanoi even more special. The exceptional hospitality, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and perfect location made it an easy five-star experience. Thank you, Sophie and the entire team, for your outstanding service and for making me feel at home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi, and I can’t wait to come back! Nothing!

An affordable hotel in a good location. Close to all Old Quarter tourist spots and food trip destinations. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The bathroom facilities were ok but already need renovation.

Stayed our last night in Vietnam here after staying with them earlier in the trip. Again, this was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. They always made a point to chat with us anytime we were in the lobby and gave us excellent recommendations. They a gave us a bittersweet send off as we left for the airport by all of them standing out front waving goodbye.

The room was comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. The bed was cozy, and the shower was excellent—perfect after a long day exploring the city. The location couldn't be better. It's right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, making it easy to walk to major attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shops. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a great selection of delicious food. Considering the very reasonable price, the quality of both the accommodation and service was exceptional. I was genuinely amazed by the overall experience. This hotel offers incredible value for money, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi. Next room can be abit noisy when having shower

The hotel is very nice and a great location, but the staff was the best part they were all extremely attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. Also the little bar downstairs is great for a drink at the end of the night

Sales Manager Jimmy was very helpful in arranging transport to Ha Long and back. Even allowed us a place to freshen up. All this was days before we even checked in to the Hotel. The staff were all equally helpful. Lucy in particular. Due to the road closure ever weekend, Jimmy and a staff helped me roll our luggage to the main road to grab a grab to the airport. The AC in the room was not very strong. Had to set to 20.

Very small rooms for the basic rate/ we had to pay $33 US dollars extra to upgrade to larger room w a window. Original room booked had no window.AC not working properly in one of the 3 rooms booked. The staff/ very attentive/ friendly and helpful

I highly recommend this hotel. The facilities are superb and the breakfast is great. Big shout out to people who made our stay fun and enjoyable like Otis and Tim, in general every single person at the front desk were very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. I will definitely be back to this place. Recommended 110% First I was in room 701 which I loved, I was in room 801 on my second stay and the room looked older, the shower was clogged but it didn’t stop us from enjoying.
