It is located in a prime location (10mins walk from old quarter) the toilets are with bidet and rooms are clean.

Very friendly and helpful hosts . Rooms are very clean comfortable and great walking location . If you need help with anything they will assist happily . Breakfast is fantastic !

Cleanliness, location, price and staff. Our first 2 nights were in a very small tight room with no exterior window. After an overnight trip to Halong bay we spent another night and that room was awesome. 10/10 where the other room without an exterior window I would give a 7/10.

We loved our one week experience at this hotel. Excellent location in the Old Quarter. Walked everywhere. Staff were wonderful. Friendly, thoughtful and accomodating. We very much enjoyed interacting with Lien, Bun and Binh every day. Price of big breakfast, including anything from the buffet and menu, was very reasonable. Thoughtful housekeeping, like draping my cell phone cord over the pillow so it wouldn't get lost in the bedding. Good sized room with king bed (very firm mattress) and two night tables. Bench at foot of bed was a nice touch. Big shower. Desk, counter, closet and shelves made it easy to store our things. In-room safe, kettle and fridge. Attractive, clean and comfortable. Balcony was tiny, about 4' x 2' with one small chair and table. Not big enough for two people. Wifi was reasonable when it worked for basic TV viewing or Internet browsing but too unreliable for large uploads or video conferencing (we suspect this may be a general Internet service problem not unique to this hotel but we found our roaming cellular data more reliable) TV was a little dated and troublesome. We didn't try to watch much TV, but when we did we couldn't get our Netflix or Amazon Prime streaming services to work on it)

Breakfast has limited options with bread, fruits and hot coffee/tea. you have to request if you want sandwiches or pho and it will be made. Nancy was the best , spoke good English, helped with directions, watsapp promptly , warm and friendly. 2/5 family members had mild itchiness.

Staff were great. Very helpful and would organise anything we needed, eg laundry, airport transfers. Excellent location. It’s noisy with traffic outside, but that’s what you expect for such a central location

The hotel was clean and modern all the staff were friendly and professional. Ms Lien Mr Michael were terrific hosts Ms Lien organised some tours for me I was so impressed by the overall experience I decided to extend my stay. The breakfast was yummy and plentiful and the location is great for exploring the Old quarter I will definitely return when I'm back in Hanoi
