Very friendly staff! Comfortable beds and clean rooms.

The location was really good — it’s in the Old Quarter and close to most of the main attractions like street food stalls, shopping streets, Banh Mi 25 ?, and currency exchange shops. The receptionist, Tom, was really nice! Although we stayed only for one night, he kept checking in with us throughout our trip, suggesting lots of things to do and even helping us with some bookings. The only downside for us was that the room was on the 3rd floor with no lift, so we had to climb the stairs each time. It was a bit uncomfortable for us since we were traveling with family and kids for carrying luggage, but I can’t really complain for the price we paid. It’s a great place for couples or backpackers.

the property was so wonderfully central! 15 minute walk from everything! super clean and nice simple rooms! But what made the trip was the wonderful staff! we arrived at 1am having booked the hostel incorrectly for the next night and lovely Chris called around and found us a room a 10 minute walk away! Our flight was then cancelled and the wonderful staff let us keep our bags at the hostel all day while waiting for our new flight! They also proved an extensive map and list of everything good in the area with opening times and distance! genuinely 10/10 service could maybe do with some black out blinds in the rooms as they don’t get super dark until it’s dark outside.

The place is right at the center of the Old Quarter, it’s easy to go to every places. The staff is friendly and helpful

The staff and especially Tom was extremely helpful in booking us tours and giving us local recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. They provide really fantastic customer service. The location is fantastic and very central. The price was well worth it for us! Everything was good for us. For others it may be worth noting that there is no elevator (we were on the fourth floor) and that, as is common here, using the showers wets the entire bathroom.

Friendly stagf, Great location and cheap private room Very small room without window, bit old and smelly. Clean considering it is so old. Good budget option for backpackers.

The bed was big, room size decent, the price was reasonable and the location was good, the staff were super lovely and helpful. The bathroom smelt really badly of cigaretts or something else but it wasn't good. There were no windows which could have meant the benefit of darkness at night but the light from the hall seeped in through a greyed out window to the stairwell. The internet cut out a lot.

Staff very polite, hostel right in the old city. However quite silent in the night. No lift with narrow stairs. Small bathroom.

Both Tom and Chris went out of their way to help us haul 3 large bags across crowded and closed old quarter roads on a weekend using their motorcycle and also giving me lots of recs on where to shop and eat etc I would go back may be as a single backpacker to them may be not with a family as bathroom is very minimal and tough to bath in for a tall and we'll built person may be... Need to call out that some rooms are on 3rd floor and no lift means hauling luggage up that is super tricky but the guys really helped there as well.

good shower pressure, comfortable bed, friendly staff. great location room was not as advertised. had a strong mould smell that would only go away if we had the fan on. once that was on though it was fine. fridge also didn't work and they said it'd get fixed but didn't.

The guys on reception were very helpful. The room was clean. The bed linen was basic and not very comfortable.

Very good location and amazing staff! The rooms are a bit old and the balcony door did not close fully, letting in a lot of noise. Also the room was not very clean, the bed was clean and good.

Great service, the room was cozy and perfectly clean, the sheets smelt amazingly, freshly washed. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful, a special thanks to him for organizing an amazing evening in Hanoi. The location is also great, lots of tourist places around.

The location was immaculate. The staff were very helpful, and no words exist to express my gratitude for letting me check in a few hours earlier after a long bus trip. I loved the bohemian sense of the rooms. I'd definitely stay here again. Nothing. It's just that the rooms may need a bit of upgrading in the near future.

Very accessible near everything, the staff are very nice and helpful. The wifi connection is a little slow and hard to connect.
