Perfect location in the Old Quarter just step out and walk around. I am super sensitive to noise and our room was amazing off the street. The rooms are elegantly appointed yet with feelings of home statements which is nice when you have been traveling for awhile. The breakfast was amazing!! They have some of the best Pho we had in the city, make sure you get the beef. Their happy hour is nice especially after a day out in the heat to come back to a cool quiet spot. Their spa was wonderful and make sure to take advantage of the 40% of in the morning. Mai, the general manager is great and so very helpful in planning your day and stay including pickup at the airport which is great, especially when there are plane delays (as with us). They are great at What’s app before your travel and help you with everything for your trip. The staff knows you by your name and is there to please. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel! Nothing!

As a solo traveler, I felt safe and well looked after. The front desk staff were always ready to help with directions or recommendations. Perfect size hotel – not too big, not too small.

If you're visiting Hanoi for the first time, this is the ideal place to stay. The hotel is located right in the heart of Hanoi city. Breakfast includes both Western and Vietnamese options, which is a great plus

Although the room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable, the room was a bit small.

Great hotel for a family with connecting rooms

The staff was terrific, and the excellent customer service made the trip worthwhile. Everything worked, and their willingness to help with stuff is incredible. The location is close to everything and everywhere. Nothing, really, but ensure you specify that you want a shower. Most rooms come with a bathtub that looks cool, but I’m more of a shower girl.

Location The team just didn’t meet the standards of other hotels in their welcome and effort to ensure you had a great stay. We spent two weeks travelling is same standards hotels and everywhere we were blown away with effort and welcome . We left sunglasses in taxi the hotel had organised from airport and they were unable to contact the driver to get them back . We sent laundry out that came back dirty (we did get full refund on check out). We were over charged on check out for airport transfer and a room upgrade . There was works going on painting the stairs which we were not made aware of before our stay . The notice said they would start at 8 they started just after 7. Our luggage was just left outside our room on check in unsupervised. Breakfast was average - lack of choice and having to sit on a bar stool for breakfast is tuff . To get to the coffee is a work in itself - they only have to remove where the place the cups to make it easier ! It is the little things . Our check in was awkward . I feel the team say the words but actually mean them when they welcome you or say good morning . Clear lack of culture in a work place .

Staff are incredible. Breakfast was varied and decent quality. Rooms were cozy; decor romantic. Cleaning staff brilliantly diligent. Beds quite firm. Room tv quite old (no access to usb) Noise in corridors travels easily through doors.

Our stay at Hanoi Boutique Hotel & Spa was simply amazing. The people working there do everything to make our stay unforgettable. The day before my birthday (which was during our stay here) Thruang and his colleagues arranged a birthday surprise with cake and everything. This totally exceeded my expectation. Also the new bar offers great cocktails (real cocktails instead of the often fake and sweet versions in town). Also the location is perfect and we've enjoyed a massage which was also very good. Happy to come back again soon!

The location of this establishment is ideally situated, allowing for easy walking access to all areas of Old Town. The front office staff and bellboys consistently provided exceptional support, surpassing my expectations in every way. Special recognition is due to the group leader, Mai (Mina), whose sincerity and willingness to assist were truly commendable. Her dedication to ensuring our needs were met was outstanding. In my 40 years of staying at various hotels, I have never encountered a team as exceptional as this one. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly unparalleled. Lights in the room should be brighter. Should have 2 entry keys to the room readily available for each room.

The rooms are too small for any average size person plus the sheets were little dirty and bidet gives of loud sounds of other people playing music or even talking = no privacy

We’ve stayed at the Boutique numerous times before. We really like the location as it’s pretty much in the middle of the Old Quarter. Nothing really.

Friendly reception, and guidance to hotel. Excellent breakfast staff and service, great coffee and food selection The room could use more detailed sweeping and extra blanket for the bed. Excellent location in the heart of Old Quarter Steps away from the weekend night market, shops and restaurants. The hotels in this area are typically older with smaller rooms. Our room was an upgraded one but spacious it was not. Overall, pleasant stay.

We spent our last 2 days at the hotel. All the staff were amazingly helpful, polite and professional. We got the executive suite and enjoyed a spacious accommodation. We had little Good night chocolates left on the door which was so cute. The breakfast was really good and the whole vibe was fantastic. Recommended!
