The hotel is well equipped and super clean. The hotel stuff service was exceptional. We had a problem with booking and the hotel stuff helped us and made it extremely comfortable and convenient for us. Would 100% recommend staying at this hotel. Also ms Helen at the reception was extremely nice and helpful during our stay. Thank you so so much!

I think the hotel gets smaller due to Covid time but the room and everything was pretty much decent. it is clean, large, comfy bed and the staffs are super nice and friendly.

Good location. Fresh towels were given daily. The property needed a fresh coat of paint and there wasn't much variety to the breakfast offered. The elevator was dimly lit.

The room was spacious and had good amenities. The room and especially the bathroom were not very clean. You could see that the taps were not cleaned from scale for months. Not very pleasant. The breakfast was a bit weird as the kitchen was very small and not clean and there was this one guy who was cooking eggs and rice for the guests - the food wasn’t of the highest quality.

The location was amazing. Most of the worth visiting places in Old Quarters is walking distance from this hotel. The staff was super nice. They were very helpful. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. One of our fellow traveller forgot his wallet at a restaurant late one night. The night manager of the hotel gave us his bike so that we could quickly go and collect it. The same person prepared breakfast for us at 5 in the morning on the day we were checking out. Shout out to the staff at this hotel.

Charming hotel in the center of Hanoi. My room was on the 6th floor, facing the back so it was quiet. The staff was friendly. A little old rooms but for the price it's ok.

Location is excellent. It's very near to several restaurants mentioned in the Michelin Guide. The staff is warm and nice. Thd shower door in the bathroom needs a little renovation.
