The staff was so welcoming, friendly and attentive. The hotel is so center located, you can walk to any destinations within 5 minutes. Highly reccomend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Hanoi. I will definitely with my family. Notthing.

The location in Old Town is very good. Our room in the back was quiet at night. Breakfast was a basic buffet - not fancy but decent food. Front desk staff was fine. We were going to go out to convert US$ to pay but they did it for us at a decent rate. There is an elevator big enough for two people and two suitcases.

Property was clean except for the shower curtain was dirty. Good location. Friendly staff. Staff at main desk spoke English. Internet and air conditioning worked great. Felt safe. Breakfast was very basic-fried eggs, rice, bread, bananas, one type of juice, coffee. Lots of road noise. Bring earplugs if your room is street side.

Very large room Room had mould and needed a deep clean. Breakfast was terrible, cold fried eggs cooked hours ago, no offer of fresh eggs,one variety of fruit and worst coffee I ever tasted

Ha and Duoc were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was in an excellent location in the centre of Hanoi yet quiet and peaceful. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

It was horrible. The staff, particularly the kitchen staff was rude and unwelcoming. The receptionist was okayish but we need to repeatedly request them for small things and we get tired to get the basic service. Only positive thing is room was somewhat spacious. If you want to merely sleep in hotel room, go for this hotel. That too, mattress is too old and washbasin and bathroom are hopeless. Food was bad and no varieties and most importantly, the kitchen staff is so unwelcoming. They don't clean the room properly. Everything is bad. Staying in this hotel will make your experience in Hanoi is bad. Do run away from this hotel.

Good location (close to lots of spas and places for eating, also, if important, close to street marked for clothes and etc.), clean, comfortable and spacious. Everything was very good except one thing explained below. 8am we were waken up, after opening the door some lady (later appeared to be staff member) just took our room key with no explanation saying that she will return it after 5 min. After 5 min nobody brought it back. As we could not leave the room for the breakfast or etc. we went (after 50 minutes) to reception to get it back. Not fun to be waken up so early with no clear reason.

It's a perfect location in the middle of Old quarter, but still very quite inside the hotel. An official Grab taxi from the airport costs around 300K VND (11-12 euro) to get there. Breakfast is good with different choices and most of the staff is very friendly. I guess it should be considered as an alternative for an hostel. The rooms were not clean. The walls are dirty and a lot of dust on the ceiling and chandeleer. Bad and shower are not well sealed turning the bathroom into a pool once used. The floor was cleaned every day. We wanted to extend our stay and booked on Booking.com and received a confirmation but got rejected at the reception. A confirmation of Booking.com has no value I was told in a rather cruel way. I left this place rather disappointed.
