The staff were excellent, helped us many times with flight booking to tours arrangements & access to fix personal issues through their computer devices. Thanks to all in the front disk especially ( HatoHong) young lady with great smile from reception who was great help to us . Also guys at the door were very kind & generous.

Convenient location and nice hotel. The spa was comfortable and did a great job. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning especially the omelettes!

Central location to everything. Air con works well and hot water always consistent. Staffs were friendly. needs updates, hall way has no air con and pool was dirty.

Great location. The staff were very helpful, the rooftop pool was a great place to hang out in the afternoon when it was too hot. The room we wer in just had a window to a small courtyard with very little light and looking at antoher hotel room. I'd get a better room.

This was our second time at this hotel, and we had another wonderful stay. My partner is very, very picky about beds, and this is the single bed in South-East Asia he has liked to far, it's very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, location is great, we recommend this place to others Nothing, keep it up!

I needed a family room as we were meeting my daughter. SQ Hang Gai fit the bill. The room was lovely, light and airey, spacious and the bathroom had a bath (a treat for my daughter who had been backpacking for 10 weeks and hadn't had a bath!) Breakfast had a good selection of a range of foods. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location was great. On a busy street and in the Old Quarter. Whilst I wouldn't say it was luxury, for the price of a family room in the Old Quarter, I think it was great value and I would recommend. They do lock the doors late at night but if you knock the porter opens them. I didn't know that was the case and was surprised after collecting my daughter from the airport in the early hours of the morning.

Excellent location, centrally located in Old Quarter, close to everything. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially Ms. Hannah, who helped arranged for airport pick up and drop off not only in Hanoi but for Da Nang as well. She went above and beyond to help with our requests. Free breakfast included and wonderful breakfast selections with both Westernized and Vietnamese breakfast. Nothing.

Great location. Breakfast had a good range of options and the door staff were really helpful. Arrived early due to flight times. Had to pay half the rate to get early access. Appreciate the person on reception was just following policy.

Location is good. Short walk to many places of interest. I booked the room with terrace and recommend that for everyone that can find it available. Lets you have some peaceful moments alone with your family anytime of day. The Gym and Pool were not what I expected but most people are really interested in these that are staying here. Do not get me wrong, it's a nice pool for relaxing on top of the building but not for laps. Gym has some cardio, and one or two weights.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. They emailed us before our trip and arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport. He even greeted us after we went through security and helped us exchange our money. When we got to the hotel they upgraded our room for free. The breakfast was genuinely the best breakfast buffet I ever had. The time for the buffet was generous, and I did not feel like we had to get up too early like some other hotels. The check in time was also very early and the check out time allowed us to sleep in on our final day. They were very knowledgeable about the old quarter and were able to assist us when we had questions. They also arranged a driver to take us to the airport when it was time to leave. If I were to come back to Hanoi, I would choose this hotel again.

The light from the frosted glass bathroom door would keep us up at night when someone needed the restroom. Air conditioning seemed to turn off during the night causing us to over heat and sweat. TV didn't have sound

The location of the hotel was great and the staff were really helpful. The only thing we did not like about the room was having to shower in the bathtub. This was not stipulated on the website and not very accessible. Having the climb into a very big bathtub to have a shower. It was slippery and can be quite dangerous. Not accessible for non-able individuals.
