Hanoi Harmonia Hotel & Spa

Customer care was outstanding! Edward went beyond all expectations in assisting me with logistics for my excursions in north Vietnam. Everything turned out exactly as planned.

I liked everything about the hotel

It is a good hotel with a very nice staff. We enjoyed our room, which had everything we needed. Breakfast was good and the location was great. This is of course not the fault of the hotel, but it is located on the first floor, so to get to the reception area, you have to walk up the stairs, which is a little inconvenient when you are carrying luggage. The only actual complaint we would have is that there was a basket of slippers for the guests to use in our room and they were unfortunately quite smelly.

I had a beautiful room with a balcony that I really enjoyed. Comfortable bed, good A/C, large bathroom with plenty of hot water. Good breakfast eggs or pancakes cooked to order. The young lady (morning shift) at front desk went out of her way to help me get last minute transportation to Ninh Binh. Very efficient & professional Nothing

Location- Room Size - staff Breakfast is a little poor. There is only one type of cheese. The buffet is more suitable to far eastern people only

The staff was great, especially Mike, who set up a fantastic daytrip to Haling Bay, explaining clearly the different cruise boats we could take. We paid extra for a triple room, which made a big difference. Breakfast as fine and the room was quiet. Great location! The air conditioning wasn’t turned on (centralized, so in “winter” it wasn’t on) but we did have a fan. However the room was stuffy whdn we came back each day. Would have preferred not having to vlimb stairs to get to lobby each day (a spa was on ground floor).

It's the first time I've encountered cockroaches in the bathroom after visiting 54 countries. Also, it is prohibited to drop toilet paper in the toilet after doing your business, which does not contribute to the overall cleanliness. The personnel are very nice, they gave a small gift and asked to leave a review, but it cannot work this way, better know the truth and try to improve.

The room was clean, a good size and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great. Western breakfast options were poor. Air conditioning was not strong enough. Wifi was poor. No safe in room. A little noisy (on 3rd floor facing street) but this is to be expected given the location and it didn't keep me awake.

Nice balcony on floor 8 . The staff was amazing ! Chloe and Julian were especially helpful. A little street noise but expected .
