Breakfast was honestly marvelous. Beside the buffet that was already great with a selection of fresh fruits, butcheries, bread, dumping and a selection of Vietnamese delicacies and meals we were pleasantly surprised by the offer of eggs on demand (scrambled, fried, omelette etc ...) and more important Pho soup that was freshly made for each guest. I would definitely recommend it. And on top of that, the staff at Breakfast is amazing. nothing!

Anna at the reception desk was a wonderful support and willing to assist with anything we needed or asked for. She booked two tours and her recommendations were spot on. All of the staff was very supportive and friendly. Absolutely no complaints. We would go back if we were to go back to Hanoi. The entrance to the hotel was kind of hidden and slightly diminishes the overall quality of the hotel. But this was not a deal breaker. Also, a bar offering maybe a happy hour late afternoon would be great.

Anna at the Check-in was so very helpful with any requests that we needed ! She booked excursions and restaurants and answered every need ! The hotel personnel was a 10 !

The staff are so obliging helping us with a problem with an airline booking , always happy and we received a gift at the end of our stay very thoughtful and wonderful people .The breakfast was very good too .

Nothing to be mention except it was at old quarter near city center. Absolutely poor service and misleading. We were charged extra 3% as credit card fee when checking in. There was no mention of this fee when making booking. We really have to bag to get extra pack of sugar or tea. And ultimately we bought our own condiments. On other occasion, housekeeper stopped us from get in the elevator so that she can get in with her cart and we had to wait for next turn. Really! No concept of hospitality and guest satisfaction. We were a group of 13 people staying in 6 rooms for 3 nights and this type of service we never expected. The room size they mentioned on their website is not true either. They are much smaller than that. We specially booked this hotel at a higher price because room size were showing bigger than most of the hotels in that area.

Hotel was exceptionally clean, breakfast was fantastic, and spa was outstanding! Would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Great location too, plenty of shopping nearby too.

Excellent helpful and accommodating staff, large well-appointed bedroom and bathroom on higher floor, well located. Bathroom had both a shower and bathtub. Good natural light in room. Surprisingly quiet even though in active area. The concierge was able to arrange airport taxi service and get us tickets for the water puppet show. Breakfast was served on the top floor with a wide selection of tasty food. While not a problem for us, for those who are mobility impaired, the steps from the street to the front desk may be a challenge. Check with the hotel if there is a way to reach the elevator bypassing all these steps. We were very happy with our room because we opted for a larger room on a higher floor with a window. I would not have been happy in one of the lower rooms without windows, but even those rooms would be fine for the budget traveler not sensitive to light.

The location was great and the staff was absolutely wonderful The trash cans in rooms are small and could have a better top and the shower didn’t drain.

Location was great. Right in the middle of everything. Restaurants and shops are easily accessible, as well as tourist spots. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel was quite dark especially the rooms. The shower we had was in the bathtub and it was difficult to get in and out of the tub to take a shower. Tub was slippery. That design was quite dangerous. Also, I would have appreciated a proper full-length mirror.

This hotel is value for money. Rooms are clean and staff is cooperative. Breakfast is ok with limited spread.
