It’s big enough for 4 people. It’s very near hoan kiem lake and at the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. I think the AC in the 8th floor is not enough for the room size. But the electric fan did help to cool the whole room.

I found it a bit hard tõ find as thểre ảre a lot of signs in the building. One of the staff members came out to assist me so that was goôd.

The location of this hotel is excellent, it's right near the lake in the Old Quarter. The staff are friendly and fluent in English. The rooms are a fairly close match with what you see in the pictures. We only had one night, but we definitely could've enjoyed several here. The breakfast is at a partner hotel down the street that is fancier than this. It was a particular bright spot of the stay. The kids loved the food, and I loved the rooftop view.

Location is very good! The Room is very big and spacious. The bathroom is very big as well. Rooms are kept clean everyday. We had a comfortable stay.

The room was surprisingly spacious. The breakfast was at another hotel, just a few meters away. The breakfast food selection was really good and the serving staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel staff were also very pleasant, always asking if we need anything. The bathroom configuration was unusual. The shower was right there when you open the door and the toilet was tucked in a corner. There was also no separation or wall around the shower area so the entire bathroom gets wet when it's used.

Prime Location! Beds were comfy, 3 water bottles, hot water! Breakfast was a few doors down, decent selection No complaints here except tiny elevator but never shared with anyone else.
