Family Hanoi Hotel

I had a wonderful experience at Family Hanoi Hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing, incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The tour I booked through them was also fantastic, and my room was very comfortable and clean.

Everything is convenient and the staff is very attentive.

It's in a great location however the outside noise does carry into the room. Our white noise app fixed that problem ? The staff were very kind and helpful.

The location is very convenient in the old quarter but can be a little noisy at night.

Friendly staff, best location and clean room

Location was good for us - on street with lots of great cafes and restaurants and great spa. Close to lake. Cleaning service daily was nice. Big room. The noise at 7am because of street speaker - blasts down the street. They didn’t take credit card for payment and different charge from what I had thought on booking.com. Front entrance is a travel agency so just look for that when arriving for first time.

Near Hoan Kiem Lake and almost everything The road is closed on the weekends so we needed to walk down to the main road as the vehicles can’t come in bringing the luggages with us. Also our toilet was leaking and won’t drain properly for the shower, kinda flooding on the toilet’s floor.

Great staff, english speaking and real friendly. Great location, in old town Good breakfast Noise neighbor but you can't complain because is in old town and you come for it. However is stops around 10 o'clock in the night.

Location is great, a short walk to Sword Lake. Staff very kind and friendly. Comfortable bed. Clean. Apparently, there is offer of 100k for a buffet breakfast, it is best to eat out to try street food, really not worth the price. Shower did not stay long hot, so if you have long hair, you might not get it clean unless you don’t mind cold shower to finish off.

Great location in Hanoi close to the lake but off the main street. We stayed at 6 different hotels during our stay in VN and this one had the best breakfast with a lot to choose from. It is not super quiet but it does get quiet after 11pm for a good night sleep.

Good location, clean, helpful and friendly staff. Helen is very helpful. This property is dated, and they charge 3% if paying with credit card.

Excellent location in the Old Quarter, perfect for my needs on this trip. Just a place to sleep. All good - exactly what I expected.

The staff are super friendly and helpful! They helped with organising everything, our Ha Long Bay cruise, laundry, airport pick-up and drop off and free breakfast. We got the whole 7th floor to ourselves as well! The location is perfect, short walk to Old Quarter and lots of local restaurants nearby. There are also foot massage and spa on every corner of the street! You got value for your money at this hotel. The only minor issue is the hot shower which needs some patience in balancing the cold and hot water. There's also a small gap on the shower door which makes the floor wet after shower. But the ladies clean it every day, so we go back to a tidy hotel after exploring the area. :)

Great location Super noisy!! 6:50am on Sunday we all woke up from the street noise

The staff (Helen and Anne) were so helpful, and went out of their way to assist with transportation, luggage storage, etc. Breakfast was amazing as well.

The staff went above and beyond the make us feel at home. Especially Helen, who was super communicative from the start and helped us with literally anything and everything we required. The location of the hotel is as good as it gets - with the lake at stone's throw. But what stole the show was the staff behaviour - highly recommend staying here!
