The hotel located at city centre and all walking distance. Need to pass by massage service at lobby area in order for you to go in and out from hotel. The plug point at the back of the bed so need to move little bit of the bed in order to charge since need to use universal adaptor. The shampoo and body soap in sachet and small.

Initially we got room 201, but for some reason we had to change rooms. They provided us with one which was nicer. They provide all basic amenities. They charge 3% if you pay using a card. But, most of the places in Vietnam like Da Nang, Hue, Hoi An we didn't pay extra.

Location NO WINDOWS. I don’t know how it is when you are reading this but ad is not stating that room is windowless. There is mold on the wall and if I understand correctly, it is in all rooms but in some it was painted over it, so you can stay but be careful.

Great location. Most spacious room of similar price range hotels in Hanoi that we’ve stayed at. Accommodating staff.

The part of the city it was in was good for getting around. The Reception is at the back of a massage parlour. The room was dirty and mouldy. It smelt of mould and damp. The skirting board was coming away from the wall and the floor in the room and bathroom had lots of hair. The photos on the booking.com are not a true reflection on what this looks like. Don’t be fooled by seeing blinds/shutters as these windows look out in your the dark interior corridor. The bath had hair on the floor and smelt. There was hot water if you were to brave the bathroom. There was hot water and aircon worked. We made our excuses and escaped not staying there and found accommodation down the street. Plus side it’s cheap (for a reason)

Big room, great location, nice beds/towels. All the facilities you need. Mold in the bathroom, other than that the room was clean. English communication of the staff could be improved. Took them a long time to point us towards overnight parking for our motorbikes. Overal we got a bit of an agitated vibe from the manager (also asking for high ratings).

Location is great The owner seemed quite eager to make money from me. He charged quite a bit extra for some buses that we got and he was keen to sell us other packages too

The room was very quiet and dark, allowed for a quite sleep in a very busy city. The staff were very friendly. Great location, very good coffee just on the other side of the street. The room was dirty. There was visible mold growing in the bathroom and the air felt damp. Made it uncomfortable to have a calm mind knowing you were likely breaking in u favourable things.

Good location and room size. We were on second floor, one floor above the staff and was very noisy. People speaking loudly in the corridors, door slamming, even one night waking up by a vacuum cleaner at 1:30 in the morning!! We had the double room so I guess when you go higher in the standard, you go higher in the building and get to be quieter!? It is a shame because the room was not on the street so could have been very calm but staff was doing its life whether you are there or not…
