When I'm in Hanoi I always stay in this hostel. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Perfect Wi-Fi. Central location but quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for your hospitality!

The price seemed to expensive compared to our other accomodations in Vietnam. The location is great in the hart of the old town. Staff was ok. Next door travel agency helped us a lot with tours , transportation and money exchange.

Big spacious room, clean and with a great view. Everything was as expected and even better. The staff was super kind and helpful, they really went the extra mile to help me out with every matter. There's no elevator, in case you have problems climbing up the stairs.

Staff were all very kind and welcoming and really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I do believe the rooms themselves were fair for what I paid for even if it looks a bit different in person. I wish the place could’ve been cleaned more regularly and as it is an older building, some of the plugs did not fit properly into the outlets. The building also doesn’t come with a proper lock or key and unfortunately I had an incident with a motorcyclist who I did not request a ride from trying to follow me into the hostel.

The area is good. Its beside the train track coffee shop place. The staff were friendly and converstional. The essentials were there. Early check in was possible too. In terms of hospitality, I'd stay here again. The curtains dont completely cover the bunk bed. There were no towels included that I could see. The laundry price was maybe about 50k per kilo, which I thought is a bit much. These are minor things though.

Room was spacious for a party of 2. Lisa was very sweet and accommodating. We had a last second day trip booking to Ninh Binh thanks to her suggestion and accommodation. No lifts. Our room was 3 floors up.

I checked the previous reviews before choosing to book. I can agree with some of the ‘smells’ etc, but it is still a valued stay. Beds were comfy and clean. Great location. The staff was absolutely lovely; so kind, helpful and accommodating. You get what you pay for :):)

The room was not as it is dhown in the picture. We had a booking of standard double room, but they provided us family room. Which was big, but not enough clean. Very old room. And broken in some portion of wall.

The location is close to everything, 10 minutes walk to the train street.. close to all restaurants, shops, and Hanoi Night Market.. The workers were very wonderful and helpful. You can also get the best prices for tours and buses through them Nothing

The hotel wasn't luxury and it wasn't hostel vibe really, but the staff was super friendly and willing to help, and the location was great!

I liked to stay here, the staffs were friendly and help me with the bus booking to Ha Long bay

Lisa is very accommodating and help me with everything I need. Location is very convenient with everything you need and tourist spots. Only that my time was very short there. Next time I'll stay at least 7 days
