It’s a boutique hotel with five star quality and services. The room modern design and decor are pleasingly beautiful and spacious . The facilities work well and efficient. The staff is wonderful, always welcome and willing to assist. The location is within walking distance to many things. I would stay here again and highly recommended.

From the moment that we stepped in through the front doors we were made to feel welcome. We arrived very early morning - and the wonderful staff took care of our luggage and offered us advice about where to go and what to do. The room was outstanding - clean, comfortable, spacious. And the breakfasts always delicious. Everything was perfect. We will definitely stay here again on future visits.

Excellent location and terrific staff. Beautiful lobby and good view rooms. The breakfast was wonderful and for shopping and wandering it was good and safe. Access to main roads was within walking distance.

It’s right in the heart of Old quarters.. Amazing location.. the staff is courteous and the breakfast is good.. would recommend this hotel to anyone coming on a vacation to Hanoi

The property is really nice for its location. Situated in a bustling street, the rooms are large. They were gracious to upgrade our room, very courteous to accomodate our requests. They ensured we had vegetarian options. Over all highly recommended for families

The room we had did not have real windows, felt claustrophobic at times. We probably got the only one that didn't have windows.

We had a beautiful room with our bedroom separate to a sitting area. The decor was tasteful and the bed supremely comfortable. Aircon worked excellently. The breakfast buffet was quite large and diverse and was always tasty and fresh.

The hotel not only has an attractive architecture and clean rooms, but the staff are also super friendly and enthusiastic, resulting in an extremely satisfying experience. The location right in the old quarter is very convenient for moving around and dining. Highly recommend to everyone when visiting Hanoi!

Great location in center of old quarter. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Outstanding breakfast, with delicious food that caters to various regional tastes. and the restaurant captain is polite, professional, and very helpful to the guests.

The best hotel location in old quarter Hanoi. Comfy bed and pillows, super clean room and toilet, aircon that works well. Gd breakfast spread, excellent customer service. What more can we ask for ... love the stay!!

Stayed with friend only for one night and was upgraded to suite on arrival. Great location was leaving at 3.30am for flight out and staff happily provided a take away breakfast box. Excellent facilities and location. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Dropped from a Halong Bay tour to hotel and find the hotel a nice place to stay for 2 nights. Downstairs you can find a nice street food at reasonable place. Walking around on weekend. An evening stroll along the street to explore more. It's a nice hotel in the middle of the busiest old quarter. The staffs are excellent, and the Breakfast is decent too. Enjoy the trip.

What a great hotel located right in the heart of the old quarter in Hanoi, walking distance to all the main attractions. Shopping and eating right on your door step. The staff are extremely helpful, especially James and the included breakfast with the happiest chef is awesome. Overall a good experience.

First time to Vietnam and highly rate this hotel. The reception staff were amazing and so helpful in booking tours and guiding us around the city. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Breakfast had plenty of variety and even a breakfast cook to make your eggs . And our dinner in the restaurant was top notch! If we ever returned, we would stay again.

Great hospitality from all the team members. Location and the price. Hotel can keep your luggage even if you checkout. Maybe more options of Halal food. I could use the spa services but it felt bit overpriced compared to outside competitors, so I skipped.

Clean room, spotless bathroom, bathrobe, slippers, etc. no noise, extremely professional staff. For breakfast I was prepared vegetable pho, which was made as an exception. Welcome dessert, drink and nibbles. Location is very close to everything. I had facial which was well priced and effective I recommend and would stay again. Breakfast quality was very good and with very good choices. Must try there hot food and coffees
