(2) When you are away and they notice you have been gone for few days, they will not give you the free bottled water on those days. (3) Lessons learned: Do not pay your laundry in advance. Their accounting record is poor. They made me pay twice of my laundry. Please be aware! (4) Photos of the room are edited (they make it too bright but in reality, lighting is not good). It is not giving luxury as the hotel name claims. This is budget hotel.

Superb location - so convenient (I nearly walked to everywhere!), great restaurants and cafes around the hotel, staff are very friendly and willing to help at all times.

Siva Hotel Hanoi is one of the best places you can stay in Hanoi! Everything was perfect throughout my stay. The hotel is located in the Old Quarter and is super close to everything. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always easy to reach whenever I needed anything. It was also so thoughtful of them to regularly check in and ask if I needed any help. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Good location, great staff Our room was in need of repair as floor was lifting and toilet seat broken but it looks like they are working on refurbishing some of their rooms. They did offer to move us but didn’t want to have to waste time packing our stuff.

Located in the middle of Old Quarter, so it’s easy access to the restaurant, cafe, temples, public transport, atm, laundry etc. The room is clean, the employees are very attentive and always willing to help. Our room has bit leaking at the bathtub but that didn’t really affect our stay

The location is great! Walking distance to literally everything! The staff were super sweet and welcoming. Shout out to Rachel and Helen ?? Breakfast was the best!! Lots of fruits, eggs, pho, coffee, tea? Etc. Great variety! Some mold in the bathroom and behind the closet. Mold is super common in Vietnam so not really a big deal for me.

Great staff, centrally located in old quarter. The staff checked in with us every day to make sure things were ok. We have stayed here many times over the last 7 years.The hotel is a bit run at the moment but they are working on improving it. The bed was very creaky whenever you moved and the toilet seat was broken. Also the floor was lifting a bit .They did offer to give us another room but we couldn’t be bothered to pack our stuff and move it.

Everything was great! Very centrally located in the old quarter. The staff were very kind and professional during our entire 8 night stay! They also have laundry services which we utilized and booked a driver for us on our last day to the airport. Good working air conditioning and endless hot water. Highly recommend for anyone wanted to have a home base when staying in northern Vietnam!
