The management and staff are very helpful. The place was close to everywhere that mattered and unlike other hotels in Vietnam, they do not lock the front door. The place was kind of old and there was a sound the elevator was making that may need checking. There were some stains in the bath tub that might need some paint because at first glance it looks like lint. The porch on the fifth floor was unkempt.

I only stayed for 1 night at the end of my 5-day motorcycle trip in the Northeast, so I was only there one night before flying out early the next morning. It has a nice spot in the Old Quarter, so good location if you want access to the area. The room was large enough to fit my stuff without feeling cramped. Also, the bed was nice and cozy, plus there's a bathtub, but I didn't use it. The view out the window wasn't much, but since it was an overnighter, it was fine. I am unsure of the atmosphere during the day, it's more like a hotel than a homestay so not much character. However, that may not be an issue for you.

Good value, nice size room My A/C had one setting high. I would either freeze or be hot. I told staff both nights that the fan blew consistently high. I ended up taping it almost closed. Staff you looked at it said it was fine. Stuck on one setting is not fine.

Great quiet location on the edge of the touristy Old Quarter. Comfortable room, after a free upgrade The original so -called Superior room would have been too small and noisy (- but they upgraded) No breakfast option. But there are nearby hotels which offer breakfast.

A quiet room to work in -- ask for the back-facing room over the temple roofs. Great restaurant too!

There was too much noise When someone use hot water, i can hear the machine is working but it's too loud i can't even sleep and noise blocking is not good as well i could hear people open the door and close and i heard personal noise as well.. i couldn't sleep well there

The location is great and the the people as well. We rent a room with one double bed and we have been update for a bigger room. We went to Cat Ba for a few days and we left our guitar there. They safe our staff u til we came back and everything was there has we left. Thank you so much for your help !

Staff were extremely helpful and enthusiasm! Even we went back to hotel so late, they were still so nice to greetings us! They also upgrade my room to a really big and nice room with perfect view!! The reception area is under renovation so it need few weeks to be clean
