Very nice place to stay at, friendly staffs, and good location, really near the Train Street which is very nice bonus None

The place felt like home to me, since it was like an apartment, and it was so close to the city center as well, you could feel the excitement when you are staying here. The staffs here were friendly, and they have such a superb room service too! Very cool and very nice place to stay! Nothing to dislike from me

The place was decent enough, and I felt like I was like at home. The staffs here were super friendly and so is the people. We stayed here for a night, since we went on a motor trip across Vietnam, the parking lot is good, and there's even a hanger for helmets inside in case of rain. The room is good, the bed was comfy and we had a nice experience here. The facilities look a bit old, but it did the job.

One thing though is that the construction noise, sound proof isn't really working with the walls, it just reduces them. Not really great as well is the food, though there is a KFC underneath the place.

This place is a very niche spot, since it is not too far away from the busy roads downtown, but it would be just right for you to experience everything that has to offer in Hanoi. Very close to the train coffee places, with the Temple of Literature right behind the hotel if you take the shortcut when you go inside the road where the hotel is located, very nice place indeed. Checking in, the place looks very nice, the place was cool, especially after the heated weather in Hanoi. The room is nice, though in the afternoon there would be some construction noise. The staffs are super nice, and again, the location was niche so it depends on your perspective. The facilities here is showing the signs of the time, since some stuff at the place wasn't the greatest; definitely needs a rework on the bathroom since it is the elephant in the room as for a rework. Everything else was working normally, the hot water still works, bathroom works but needs a rework.

Nothing to hate to be honest.

The place is such a pleasant surprise, since the staff and the people here are such adorable persons. They helped us so much on this trip, and the room here is very nice as well, bed was comfy, view was nice and the location is a cherry on top I would have nothing to dislike about them, for all there actions and kind gesture. Room then I guess, the bathroom is a bit of a let down, but it didn't bother me or my friend coming here for a travel

I think Ivy Luxury Hotel here is a perfect resting spot for most of the tourists if you love travelling on feet like we do: central, close to many places for discovery, and there's even parking spots if you actually had gone by motorcycles. Place was cozy, got treated like a family over here from both the staff and the people around. Room wise, the room was decent: comfy beds, full of equipment, the view was absolutely great. I would say they do need to upgrade some of their room equipment for the future, since it is showing signs of time.

So for this hotel, I can say this was absolutely on the spot for us, since we wanted to come here and visit the city of Hanoi for a school project. And coming here, being located right next to the first ever University of Vietnam, feels like a blessing since there were so much to learn from there; but we had known this by asking the staffs, they were so nice and helpful, planning our trip with us, they had even recommended us some locations for food, attractions, etc. The room and the view was perfect as well, since you can see the whole city traffic from above. I would say there were nothing in our heads that we feel that it was off.

Location wise, was brilliant, since it is really close towards various places to visit. We came and we even had the chance to watch some V-League (Vietnamese soccer), the atmosphere and the people were outrageous. The room was nice and clean, sometimes you could hear some construction work if you decided to be there at around 3pm-ish; but this doesn't affect us a lot so not really a problem for us Food wise, the selection at the hotel is alright, but I do recommend dining out since you are really close to a Chinatown kind of street, they have so much to offer there. I do wish though that the staffs can maybe be a little bit quicker when we ask for some room service, but they were very helpful and thoughtful!

The place was just perfect for me and my friend to stay! The service here is exceptional, and there is even a KFC right next doors; and it is very convenient for us to walk and travel around the city at this place. Very peaceful, very nice, pretty accurate to the pictures given on the site. Maybe they do need to upgrade the facilities just by a bit, since it is showing it's ages of time, and I would like the Wi-fi here to be just a bit stronger since sometimes it does buffer just a bit

I think this place is such an underrated spot, since it is very close to so many tourist spots, but you do have to walk a bit to get there. Personally, me and my friend really love this spot because of that reasoning, since you can get to know about the city while walking. The hotel was a very nice place also, 24/7 reception is such a high scoring point on our point of view, we went back at 2 AM and the staffs handled the situation for us in such a manner way. They were friendly and helpful! The room is very nice also, they had offered enough equipment for us to use, and room service was alright, not to bad. The room service was a bit slow though, but it is alright on us since they still understand what we mean if we spoke. The bathroom does really need upgrades though, it has shown it's age and time now.

Our trip to Hanoi was rough, but the staff here are so friendly that they actually made our day better! They actually helped us plan our trip to travel around the city with various locations and entertainment to enjoy. The room that we had stayed in was quite amusing too, with the location being at a neighborhood, with a KFC right next to it which was very pleasant. We had a nice view looking out the window too, looking around the city with motorcycles and cars moving through the road. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, would book here if we can again. Not going to lie, the construction was a bit noisy, but it wasn't too big of a problem for us since we traveled all day around the city.

Me and my co-worker went on a business trip together, and the location was great, very close to where we had to meet up downtown. The room was very nice, and the staffs were very friendly, especially when you ask them politely and they would do just that for you. Wi-fi here is very strong, and very much fitting for my criteria for work. Very nice for a one night stay, would recommend if you are taking a short trip to Vietnam, and it is very close to a lot of famous destinations as well, we even had Egg Coffee over at the Railway at night, very very nice trip. The area around the hotel was very nice to walk around too, since it is a neighborhood surrounding this place. Maybe the staffs might need to improve on there English skills, sometimes they don't understand what I mean, or maybe I might have used too much complex word, but they were very helpful and friendly.

I don't think I have anything in mind.

The location is not at all good every excursion that you will book does not come to the hotel so you have to go to Opera House. There is construction ongoing in the building which results in a lot of noise and disturbance and upon informing they said they will work till 04:00 pm after that there will be no noise so we had to bare with it all four days. Also because of the ongoing construction the rooms had a smell which you have to get used to it because no one is coming to help you. The cleaning staff left a used rag on our luggage after cleaning which we had to remove so yes no professionalism either.

So when my and husband came to the country, I thought this is going to just be a normal stay at the hotel, but when we came, the staffs were very helpful, our taxi came and they even carried out the luggage even before we even came in. The room itself was very decent, the neighborhood outside the hotel was very peaceful during the night, and when we asked for some help, the staffs were very quick to help us. Overall, the stay was so nice, I would recommend this if you want a place to stay that is peaceful and close to some landmarks here. We don't have anything to say on this.
-
The fact that this place is located right near a pretty hot spot for tourists, and it is placed in a very friendly and peaceful neighborhood really had me shocked, since usually you would get one of the two conditions. And overall, it is worth the money that me and my partner have paid for: the room was nice, the staff was very nice to us on our stay and helped us quite a lot, their gesture is even more applauding. Free Wi-fi aswell, and there is even a KFC right next to the hotel if you wanted to eat out in a simple manner. Overall, very nice stay, and I don't really have anything to complain about :) I don't think I have any thing to dislike them about, just good things in general
