Money was taken out of my credit card although it clearly stated that I can pay upon arrival in cash. Staff was generally nice but not very focused on solving our issues or going out of its way when we asked for local attractions, had to figure out things ourselves. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Rooms are dated. No hot water in the morning. Too expensive for what it offers.

Good location; reception on duty during daytime is very good. They can speak and understand english The junior suite we got at second floor was small. I was disappointed with this; it doesn’t even have coffee table and chair or sofa or any furniture you can chill other than the bed.

Location in the Old Quarter is quite convenient. Breakfast is quite good and has variety. There is a lift to the rooms The place is a bit tired. Towels are tired, corridor carpet is tired.

Breakfast was basic. But this was not a big concern for me as I'm not a big breakfast person My room didn't have a window. Again this did not bother me much as I just needed a comfortable room to sleep in.

The location was a few blocks walk to the weekend night market. The breakfast was also decent, simple yet delicious Early check ins have additional fees. No convenience store nearby, only pharmacy.

the location of the hotel is the best - close to literally all the top spots in Hanoi. in the room - cleaning could be better, attention to detail is needed especially in the shower.

Staff were very helpful. Always smiling. They know the city, and gave a lot of tips and suggestions on how and where to travel.

Great location with very accommodating and friendly hotel staff. Very good buffet breakfast available at the hotel and a comfortable room. room was a bit dark and the shower pressure was low.

The staff was really nice! Although the hotel feels a bit dated, the room I got was nice and clean, the bed was very comfy. The shower had good pressure and the bathroom was spacious. It is in the heart of the old quarter, worth it if you want a stopover for a night or two as it is convenient. I enjoyed my stay. My room only had one little window that gave on the adjacent wall. I only stayed 1 night and left early the next morning so it didn't bother me, but it might be disappointing if you plan on staying longer. It is a bit outdated compared to the pictures.
