The staff was outstanding, it has an elevator, and an excellent location, plus it was quiet, which was surprising given the close proximity to markets, food, and shops. We had a step-in bath, which was fine for us.

At reception, I was informed that the room was still being prepared and was kindly asked to go out for something to eat while they finished preparing it. We did so based on the understanding that the reserved balcony room would be ready upon our return. However, when we came back from dinner, we were told that no balcony room was available after all, despite this being the room type we had reserved and already checked in for earlier that night. This was disappointing, as the change was only communicated after we had waited and left the hotel at the staff’s request, and no alternative or prior notice was provided

A very good location, located right at the heart of the Old Quarter. Most of the spots are 5-10 mins walking distance.

Nice rooms. We had 2 connecting rooms for our family at the end of a hall with a separate door. This was convenient. Convenient for 1 night in between other Vietnam destinations. Not for a longer stay. The hotel was a little bit old, the breakfast was quite basic and the breakfast room not very beautiful.

The location is centered in the old quarter so that you can walk to everything. The breakfast was very disappointing. The bathtub shower is awkward to use. The bathroom could be cleaner.

The hotel is very close to Hoan Kiem lake and 10 minutes away by grab to Hanoi Train Street which are the highlights of Hanoi trip. So far, none!
