Short stay in Hanoi but it was really memorable. The location is good, staff were very kind and attentive!

Excellent hospitality begins the moment you arrive, and the bellman certainly set the tone for our stay. He handled our luggage efficiently, always greeted us with a genuine smile, and was consistently courteous throughout our visit. His friendly personality and willingness to help created a wonderful first impression and added to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.

We were extremely satisfied with the housekeeping service throughout our stay. Every day we returned to a spotless, fresh, and comfortable room, which made it easy to relax after spending hours exploring Hanoi. The attention to detail from the housekeeping team was truly impressive. We also booked one of the hotel's sightseeing tours, and everything was arranged smoothly at a very reasonable price. Transportation was punctual, the itinerary was well organized, and the excellent customer service made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.

The location is very accessible to shopping, entertainment and activities. They have clean rooms and very descent amenities. Mr Max was able to accommodate our needs. The food is mediocre and not much of any good variety

Great hotel! Super kind and breakfast was good

My stay was very pleasant, with excellent breakfast service being one of the main highlights. Each morning featured a good selection of fresh dishes in a comfortable dining environment. The hotel manager demonstrated great professionalism and made a clear effort to ensure guests felt valued and well cared for. Along with the attentive staff and calm atmosphere, it created a very enjoyable and stress-free experience overall.
