I had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The receptionist, in particular, went above and beyond by providing a local guide on what to do in Hanoi. The location is perfect-- within walking distance to the night market, Hoan Kiem Lake, and other major attractions. The air conditioning was powerful (which I loved!), and the WiFi was fast and reliable. I had no issues working remotely in the mornings. Overall, this place offers great value and is definitely worth it! The Superior room was a bit tight for us and our big suitcases, but we didn't bother with the paid upgrade since we were mostly out of the room. Just an FYI for future guests: our TV was out of commission, so if you're the type to relax with some TV, you may want to mention this to the staff early on!

Location was fantastic, staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable. Room was large for family of 4. Bit tired and run down.

Great location and robust air conditioning. Friendly receptionist Way more expensive than surrounding areas. At these huge prices breakfast should be included at the very least. Not convenient to go in and out after midnight.

The staff were great! Especially Long, Anna and Hoang from the reception. They helped us greatly from the suggestions and the tour recommendations. The room itself is great value for money (Stayed for 4 full days) and the location is really great to check the local hyped spots around it. It's much quieter compared to the other streets but if you have very sensitive ears, you might not like it. They have a 12AM closing time but they open the doors for you when you knock. Though It makes it feel less convenient to go around after midnight.

Location is in between all the main sights you need to see downtown. Very convenient for walking to the train street, water dolls theater, coffee places The staff is excellent! Very friendly and helpful! Amazing ladies The room I was staying was kinda old. From a perspective of a western world citizen (especially those traveling for the first time to Asia) could be an unpleasant surprise.
