Location and most staff were friendly except for one. I booked through booking.com but they wanted cash for the stay and if they were to charge through card it’s 3% extra. The lady wouldn’t let us cancel for free after this issue . You end up paying more with cash as well due to currency exchange The price was expensive compared to other 4 star hotel that I stayed in and it was amazing . Shower had mold in it Bathroom is outdated No safe box . Breakfast wasn’t a 4 star especially after staying at another 4 star hotel in Hanoi . Definitely not a 4 star hotel

The breakfast was nice. You can order eggs. Dining area is small so if you are on a tour get there early to ensure you get to eat beforehand. Nice view. Good location to explore the local sights. The family connecting room has the connection through the bathroom. The 2 door hit and it's a tight squeeze navigating between the rooms easier to use the main doors but you only get 1 key per room. Our child vomitted on arrival and it was all about the process (sit, drink, pay) not a concern for our need to just pay and get to the room. Pay cash or surcharge for card.

Great location to explore Hanoi. The breakfast was nice had a great selection of food. When we got there is was straight to the sell of tours. We got told we weren't staying long enough. There is a push for payment in cash, was made to feel like an annoyance for paying by card with a surcharge. We had a family connecting room. The layout could have been made better by sliding doors rather than doors that hit each other making it hard to move through one room to the other through the bathroom.

The staff were so lovely and accommodating. We were always greeted with a friendly smile and helpful tips and info about HaNoi. The location is prime. It’s in the city centre and everything is within walking distance. The rooms are clean and the housekeeping was very good. We always came back to a clean and organised room. Loved this stay so much!

Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Close to many restaurants. The bathroom was a little dated and not to the expected cleanliness. Our youngest refused to shower in the bathroom due to its condition.

Had a lovely 3 night stay at the Hanoi Flora Hotel. The room was perfect- had everything I needed for the duration of my stay. The location of the hotel is a massive perk- I walked everywhere or if a tourist spot was a little further grab found the hotel easily. The staff are very friendly and helpful- they helped me organise a very early trip to the airport for a reasonable price. If you’re looking for somewhere which is good value, close to everything with great staff- look no further!

We were there for just one night on a quick layover. Our bus had a lot of delay but the personnel was very kind to us when we arrived after midnight. Rooms were lovely, clean! None

The service of the manager and staff is exceptional. They day trip bookings made for us going to Halong Bay and Nimh Binh were good. Location is good, central to everything. The size of the room was very small and cleanliness is not as it's best. The toilet needs to be bleached. Advertised photos are very different to the actual room. Breakfast is okay, the room is not worth it's price.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great with lots to choose from. The room was comfortable and cleans and the shower was hot. The location was fabulous - close to everything you might want to see in a quick visit. The room’s paintwork/ woodwork was tired and the sealant in the shower was mouldy so needs a bit of attention.

The location in the old town was great for walking around and exploring. The property looks nothing like the pictures. The rooms are a bit tired and are not as up to date as the booking.com photos show

Perfect location and also on a quiet side street so without all the noise of the Old Quarter. Ci Ci was fantastically helpful, offering all the advice we could possibly need

Staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to the best of their ability. Great location walking distance to many must see spots Our tv didn’t work and they couldnt fix it, our sink handle was hanging off, the walls are unfinished in some places, around the shower there are cracks and dirt, hot water is only for a period of time, very small rooms

Comfortable beds and pillows. Staff very helpful. You need to get down early for breakfast as a lot gone by 9am. But great would come back
