Nothibg really Cleanliness, it was dirty and dusty

The location is far from the old quarter area and far from the airport, too. The area is a bit of a buzz, very noisy early in the morning

The staff was extremely helpful! And the facility was very clean. Very affordable. We stayed there four nights. We were also able to have our laundry done with an additional cost, but still very affordable! The rooms were small, but still sufficient for our stay. There is no breakfast provided with this location, but we knew that ahead of time.

Beautiful view, super friendly staff, and very clean rooms. I’m definitely coming back soon. Highly recommended!

So overall this is definitely a good deal, it’s well looked after and the staff is very kind. Good WiFi, air conditioning, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. I just wish the “city view” wasn’t facing an empty gravel lot and there is certainly slight sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Quite noisy outside too so if you’re a light sleeper, make sure to bring earplugs

One of the best aspects of my stay was the breathtaking view of West Lake (Ho Tay). From my room, I had an unobstructed, panoramic view of the lake, which was absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. Great lake view from the balcony. Comfortable bed, nice and clean bathroom, supporting staff. A bit outside of the city so it is less touristic there. Unfortunately, it is quite loud and I could hear the neighbours in the next room. I was there over a weekend so there was also a loud party going on in the neighbourhood.

Really great room - clean and comfy bed, big bathroom and nice view of lake Bathroom is only clouded from head down seems more directed at couples They pull shutters down at around 12ish, but someone is in reception to let you in if you buzz I just climbed under shutters and let myself in
