Very central. Helpful staff. Pool was nice at the end of a long hot day outside.

Everything. The beds are clean, the food is cheap, the AC is cold and the staff are so friendly. I had great interactions with Snow and she was very helpful. There’s a pool and cafe in the hotel which serves generous portions and very tasty food.

The place was really good at a very good location. The food and coffee was great aswell. The comfort of the rooms and bed definitely exceeded my expectations. But the most amazing thing was the hospitality. All of the staff were really really friendly and helpful in all cases. Shout-out to Gavin, who helped me booked my activities and Kang, who helped me things to do around Hanoi. I would definitely recommend this place, and If I travel back to Hanoi, it would stay here as well.

The towel was covered with lints that will cling throughout your body when you use it. Tried to inform the reception about it. But all their towels are the same.

It was very clean, nice restaurant, nice beds very close to everything, snow was very accommodating and helpful during my stay

I really enjoyed my stay at the little charm hostel, Kang was very helpful during our stay and Gavin the receptionist helped us with booking buses. They assisted us for different services and we couldn't have hoped for a better stay!

Great dorms - Cosy beds, key card controlled lockers, clean bathrooms - the staff does a great job of cleaning up multiple times a day Awesome people and service - One of the water faucets in our dorm broke one morning. I informed the staff on my way out and it was fixed when I got back by noon. A special shoutout to Quang (I'm hoping I've spelt the name right) at the check-in desk who was of great help - for everything from cab bookings to local recommendations. If you're interested in Open Mic Nights or Live music options, go find him! If you're a budget traveler looking to be in the bustling heart of Hanoi, this is a fab choice!

Housekeeping noise the noise made while the guest are packing their luggage’s early morning You will never sleep Packing must be outside the room at the living areas
