The hotel is a little old so the furnitures and the walls looks worn out

The room is sooo neat and comfortable to stay. Hannah is very helpful and cheerful, she really takes care of the guests. Breakfast selection is not much though

all are nice specially the staffs and big shoutout with ms quinn she helped us a lot when we had an issue with our transport van to sapa and she was the one who coordinated with them directly and even booked grab for us and assist us during our stay in the hotel. Really appreciated all the efforts and kindness of everyone

I will highly recommend this place. It is near cafes, tourist places, and restaurants, and the walking distance makes it even more convenient. Lively neighborhood! I want to thank the staffs, especially Helen, for being so helpful and accommodating before and during our stay in Hanoi.

The staff they are very accommodating The wifi may need some improvement especially on the 6th floor

fixed western food for one, and Vietnamese for the other 3 persons. We had to depart for sightseeing at 7:30 AM , and staff had "grab and go" prepared for us in advance so tour guide could pick us up on time. First room assigned did not have hot water. Reassigned to another room with adequate hot water. Rooms felt cold as there were no heaters in the room, only air conditioning. Very reasonably priced.

The hotel staff is what makes this place special, they go beyond there means to help u with anything, recommend staying here ,greatl location ,rooms good ,staff excellent, street food outside your door ,would definitely stay here again

The staff were wonderful and quite friendly! The room was very clean and great location. There was no soundproofing. I could hear doors slamming constantly. And my room had a fake window leading to the corridor. I could hear everything. Awful sleep.
