The one thing i need to comment is about the service provided by Ms. Linda. No words to express how she went out of tune way to help and accommodate us. Though the hotel is not a 5 star or anything it is kept very clean and the staff are extremely cooperating. they ensure your stay is enjoyable. Location is perfect for venturing the city. Not far from the airport. Absolutely nothing

Loved the beds not to soft not to hard. The staff very nice, breakfast was very good. Our shower did not have a good water flow but we were on the last floor that might have been the problem.

Air conditioning didn't work. Building had not been updated in forever. Tub didn't drain. Window in room didn't allow any light in. Previous reviews must have been falsified

The room was clean and spacious. Nice location -- walking distance to everything. Breakfast was also great. Staff members provide exceptional customer service. They were honest, polite, professional, friendly and also very helpful and considerate. The Internet connection was great! We were able to work remotely without a problem.

The room was right for me and the location made it easy to go anywhere in the Old Quarter in any direction. The staff were very helpful. I don’t have any issues.

Very good location, near Hanoi Old Quarter but the street is quiet. Friendly staff. The beds are so comfortable. The breakfast menu should be improved as most of them are Western meals (toast, sandwiches...). There is only "Phở" which is the famous Vietnamese food in the menu. As the hotel is in Hanoi Old Quarter area, the room is not too big. We found mold in the bathroom.

Location & cleanliness are excellent staff is very helpful especially saffron & linda helped us in the best possible ways felt very safe.
