The hotel is very chic and stylish. I really like the colors and decorations; it’s very elegant. All the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The Manager Ms. Lana is truly a gem for this hotel, helps me with all my arrangements with great recommendations for all the tours I really want. These are the Ninh Binh tour, Lan Ha Bay 2D/1N cruise, transfers to/from Sapa as well as airport transfers. The hotel also offers excellent breakfast in their chic and stylish restaurants at the rooftop with nice view of the old quarter of Hanoi. Overall, service is excellent! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and to my friends. Looking forward to be back here. None

The location is convenient, easy to go everywhere. The staff is perfect and helpful. Special thanks to General Manager - Lana for her kindness and hospitality. They offered very good tours, Spa and drinks. If we come back Hanoi, we only stay here again!

Amazing hôtel that is very cute and super well maintained. It is great to get in a sweet and very comfortable environment after the hustle of Hanoi.
