The location is perfect because it’s near in everything. You can just walk. The bathroom is so small. And the shower is also within the toilet so when I take a shower everything is wet..

the location was perfect and not noisy at night. the staff was very attentive and checked in if the stay was comfortable and addressed any issues promptly. the bed was comfortable and there was even washing machines and dryers for use on the 9th floor for free. it's just slightly outside of the walking street zone too so you won't get blocked getting to the hotel even on friday-sunday. the toilet was a little small so you'd have to manoeuvre in it a little

The room was nice and comfortable, the staff was absolutely amazing, doing their very best for our comfort. There is a very nice and clean loundry,where it is easy to wash, dry and iron your clothes! The situation of this hotel is quite perfect to discover Hanoi! Nothing

I liked basically everything the cleanliness the space it was a big room, the location Well to have a good nights rest, you should have some earplugs. Which we didn’t. But it was okay as we had to get up early anyway in the next morning

Super friendly staff, simple but comfortable room, amazing location right by the lake and shopping area. Much more walkable than hotels in old quarter Bit of noise from other guests in the hallway, nothing major

Just a bit of soundproofing from outside as well as the corridor. Also the hot shower seems to run out fast. No issues apart from these which can be ignored for the price.

Great location. Just one block from old quarter lake scenic location. One of our rooms air-condition was not functioning throughout our stay, Room 401. Something to do with how the system zones every 3 floors to one system. The room was also noisy as it faces the main road. The other room, 805 was strangely cold even when the air-condition was switched orr, System did not have a heater function (this was in Feb average temp 18-19C) Otherwise quite happy with the rooms.
