The wonder hotel young man who carried my suitcase up and helped me with the washer, he is so wonderful and like Superman. The women who cleaned the room were so nice. The young men who worked in the breakfast kitchen were amazing and so nice, they are very good young men. Well it was something little, the Christmas tree in the lobby was unusual. It was ok, but didn't look like a Christmas tree. It was good though, it reminded me of my cat at home as it had fur.

tourist information officer was accomodating, courteous and kind to speak english with us. Breakfast buffet was a delight. Lake side view was awesome. convenience store was just near. plenty of food and coffee shops near the hotel. none

Towels and bedding were slightly dirty/stained, I did not hang up the sign on the door asking them to clean up the room but they did so anyway, bed is very hard, not comfortable at all.

Location was excellent. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom shower was a bit small. The shower door opened inward which might make it difficult to close the door if the person was too big.

Lots of eateries around. Helpful and friendly staff The first room I received in which the TV broke down, so the staff changed another room for me, which is smaller. Interior ran down. There was always water leaking in the bathroom and wash basin. There were bedbugs that bit my back itching, so I asked the cleaning staff to change the bed sheet every day.
