Photos make this hotel look much nicer than it is. Room was not very clean.

Nothing The way they informed me at the last minute that they had no rooms available when I had already made my reservation a month and a half in advance.

Location seems close to the city center, only 300m away. Very old like its name, Old Quarter. Poor facility, very very dirty room with full of cockroaches. No towel, no water, no hair dryer. Non sound proof wall, very noisy. Credit card is not accepted, only cash, which is not very convenient for traveler.

Great location Comfortable beds and spacious room Really loud hotel, the walls are so thin you could hear people walking next door. We turned up and the room was only booked for two hours - despite us booking 1 night. This is our fault but was not clear at all when we booked. Bed had stains on and a lot of paint peeling etc

The front desk worker was nice. She was personable and friendly. There was mold near the sink area in the bathroom. The room only supple with little towels for showering. The towels were size of a hand towel to dry off. My husband is 5"11 and weights 200lbs. It's hard to dry your body with a tiny towel. At night, there was a lot of arguing and fighting downstairs. It was extremely loud between 4 guys. They fought for over 15 minutes with continuous yelling and screaming.

Location was okay When I got there they said I could only stay 2 hours so I didn't stop there in the end even though the booking said three days probably best to take them off booking.com but there's nobody wants a hotel for 2 hours really booking was form 20th and to the 23th waste my time nobody spoke English it was a lot of hassle why would you take a booking for 3 days and then say you can only stop there 2 hours

Good location Was told i would be charged the vietnamese dong equivalent of £30 for my 4 nights, but magically, this was wrong when i arrived, and I paid £80. Staff were also not helpful at all. Spoke 0 English, but i dont fault them on that - it's not the USA or an English speaking country but very not helpful staff. Fridge didn't work and was disgusting Cockroaches in the room, unclean sheets and unclean bathroom, and the window didn't close properly for privacy. If you are desperate, it's an ok place to stay, but I would not recommend it, I think the hotel runs some dirty practices in terms of scamming.

Central location - we used for 2 hour day use for a shower Not sure if it was just the room they use for day use, but the room was dirty. I would not have liked to be staying overnight.

Nothing, the room had a smell and water everywhere. Very bad. The hotel is a scammer, I have booked for one night but when I reached they were asking for more money for the whole night stay. Beware. I left this hotel and booked a 4 star hotel for the same price that they were asking for a night.

Location. Nothing else Rooms and hotel falsely advertised on photos. Room was used and disgusting when i opened the door. Didn’t get the room i booked and got down graded rather than upgraded and still got charged rhe same price.

Only good things about this property are - this is located in the Old Quarters and takes the least price. Room was very small without an attached bathroom or a bathroom without a door. No ventilation inside the room as there were no windows. Wifi didn't work. Receptionist doesn't speak/understand English well, hence, we had to waste a lot of time just to ask some or the other thing. doesn't accept payment by cards.

Comfy bed, relatively quiet, good location, nice bathroom, reasonable price. Very friendly staff (No surprise. This is Vietnam) Great value for money.

Location was within walking distance to the lake. Property was nothing like the images shown online, these images are perhaps edited/enhanced. The room was dirty with stained bed sheets. The bathroom was tiny and worn, the sink leaked. The staff did not speak any English and so it was very difficulty to communicate with them. The towels were dirty and old. I stayed in a place much much nicer for half the price in a better location subsequently.
