I was in the tiny room. This hasn't been an issue in the past when I was out and about all the time But unfortunately had to spend more time in the room and it definitely felt small.

The friendly staff & Location Cocktail bar furniture was uncomfortable, needs more cushions. Bathroom needed sone attention.

The location and staff were absolutely perfect. Close enough to the old quarter without being in the thick of it. The sound insulation was pretty terrible - without ear plugs I could hear everything outside and inside the building. Thankfully I had a good pair with me so it didn’t impact my stay at all.

The location it was so convenient to walk to all the attractions. The staff was exceptional whenever we needed help being information or requiring anything they where there to help. Menu changed daily so many options to choose from. Special thanks to Mr Pham and his staff. Thank you for making our first trip to Hanoi so special. No complaints was all good

5***** Very Very Good - Great Staff Constructive Information - The TV in my room and my friend's room was a little too low when watching in bed gives you a cricked neck so could be a little higher - And one other little thing for safty going forward - Tiled floor in the shower-bathroom very slippery - specaily when older guests - it would be much safer to put down a couple of rubber mats to stand on - Non Slip much safer.

Probably some of the best service from staff I’ve ever had in a hotel. The reception and welcome team are brilliant. Location is also great for seeing all the main spots in Hanoi.

Had a 4 th floor deluxe room in the extension wing and it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast restaurant was small but had a good spread and a good view of f the city too.

The main issue: there's always a bad smell of sewage in the room if the Air vant was turned off. even though they've been managing to block the way of the sewage smell by putting a plastic bag filled with water on top of the drain!

Location was great and staff were good. Room good with little balcony which was great. The breakfast was on 13th floor so spent some time going up and down in the lift

Excellent location, and room was good, only the window looked out onto a wall but the cost was very good so was good value for money View from the window
