Everything. Location. Cleanliness. Well stocked. Service was impeccable.

The staff here is wonderful! Everyone we met was kind, helpful, and accommodating-from the front desk, to the restaurant and bar, cleaning staff, everyone was exceptional. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and they refreshed them daily. The breakfast buffet is amazing, and the BOGO happy hour at the bar is well worth it. Unfortunately the pool was being maintained while we were there, which is very unfortunate in June, when it is so hot! But that was the only issue we had.

The staff were genuinely kind, supportive, and helpful throughout our stay. They looked after us, gave us useful advice about the city, and were especially caring when my wife was suffering from food poisoning at the time of check-in. They also responded quickly when we raised concerns about the room and did their best to assist us. The room itself was generally clean, and the staff’s professionalism and attitude were easily the highlight of our stay. We chose this hotel based on its 4-star rating and positive reviews, but unfortunately the experience did not match our expectations. The room had a persistent unpleasant smell that had affected the pillows, bedding, and bed cover. Although the staff replaced the bedding, the smell remained. The room and bathroom felt very outdated, and the hotel appeared to be an older property that had only undergone minor renovations. The AC grills and wardrobe were dusty, and the room was quite dim, which made it feel less comfortable. Breakfast was also disappointing. Based on the reviews, we expected a much better experience, but the buffet was limited and lacked variety. Overall, the condition and quality of the property did not reflect what we would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Fantastic stay at the La Nueva Boutique Hotel coming off our Ha Long Bay cruise. Great location, no more than a 3-minute walk to the NE corner of Hoan Kiem Lake in the Old Town. Jenny, the concierge, was fantastic! She greeted us warmly with cold tea and cold wet towels after our drive from Ha Long. We wanted to see the Thang Long Water Puppet show that evening and Jenny walked us down to the theater and bought our tickets for us (we paid, of course) and got a rate that was half that of tickets online! Our room was very spacious, had great wifi and air conditioning and plenty of hot water. The rooftop bar had a great view and the prices were certainly right, even for mixed drinks. My wife had a full body massage and I had a foot and leg massage at their spa and they were both the best we had in Vietnam. Overall, a great stay and a great way to finish our trip to Vietnam!

Location was good and it was clean Although The luggage of 2 rooms were stored downstairs till our rooms were ready. No one took them to our room when it was ready. They stayed sitting there till at least 6pm when I came to retrieve them. Available for anyone to search. Although Jenny was nice. This hotel was more pricey than my last two and All the staff at the others were 5 star. Here they were busy on their phones whenever we passed by. More to say but I will leave it at this…

La Nueva far exceeded my already high expectations. Truly a lovely hotel! The staff here are incredible – knowledgeable, super-friendly, professional and personable; a pleasure to interact with. While the physical attributes of La Neuva are excellent, the staff truly make it a wonderful experience. Many thanks indeed! Great location, quiet and welcoming... We loved and appreciated everything that La Nueva provided for us.

Lovely upgraded room with a balcony. Very professional and helpful staff. Kevin was so nice, went over all the nearby attractions and answered questions. GREAT location so close to the lake and the old quarter.

Jenny and her colleagues were excellent. They were very welcoming and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. The room was large and comfortable. The roof top bar has great views of the city at night. Would highly recommend. Nothing

Location was just perfect and we got a room at the back of the hotel so street noise was minimal, as Hanoi is full of beeping horns 24/7 ! The staff were super friendly and helpful . The sky bar was a nice. repose at the end of a hot busy day in the city . We used the Grab app to taxi safely around d the city and no destination was more than 70,000 (£2) from here Nothing

Location is in middle of old town and there is everything you need in your neighborhood

Good location. Great staff. Rooftop bar seemed nice but didn’t use. Comfy bed. Room was a bit small. Ugly view from room. No pool.

Enjoyed the breakfast option and views from the top floor. Loved the rooftop bar that we took advantage of on arrival. Comfy bed and not too noisy. Easy walking to all the best sights Hanoi has to offer - shopping, food, markets, theatre and more. Bathroom is a little pokey and drain was half out of the shower area, but still very usable.

Location was perfect, everything in that area was walking within 15 minutes or less. Facilities were very clean, quiet and comfortable. The entire staff was incredible, even though this was the first time at this property, every single staff member made you feel as if you had known them for years, they would take time to chat, answer questions all the while making you feel like you are surrounded by friends. Actually I can honestly say that we have nothing negative. We ate in the restaurant, food was very good. We spent a few hours at the roof top bar and in both cases the staff was so nice, friendly, never did we experience anyone hurrying or trying to push us for time.

Wonderful hotel in a great location! Terrific sky bar with world-class cocktails, really nice breakfast with strong coffee. The staff was extremely helpful and gracious, taking care of transportation, money exchange etc. and also genuinely friendly, lovely people from the hotel manager to the cleaning staff. 100% recommended!

Location Problem gaining access to room key not working reported it to members of staff but no action taken. Internet in room not working properly smart tv ? Kept loosing signal.

Location, facilities, clean beautifully decorated rooms I liked everything, my only suggestion will be some kind of reading lamps on each of the bedside tables.
