The staff is truly the heart of this hotel. David and his team were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. They even arranged our excursions, activities, and transportation, making everything seamless and stress-free. The lobby and rooms are simple yet spotless, with unique decor that adds plenty of charm. Although the hotel's kitchen was under renovation during our visit, they arranged for us to have breakfast at their sister hotel. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the staff.

Doesn't look like the images at all. Thought I was staying at a different hotel whoch is apparently under construction. No window in the room.

Staff, especially Charlie and Dave. Took excellent care of us and gave us the absolute best recommendations for food, salon and shopping. Very well informed, funny and absolutely kind. The washroom lacked a curtain for shower.

Everything. Comfy and cozy room. Fully satisfied with the service.

The location is perfect The breakfast being at another site was really inconvenient, especially as we had a few early starts.

Extremely helpful staff David the manager and Thanh receptionist in particular, nothing was too much trouble. We liked the hotel so much we booked extra nights. Breakfast is great, but currently at their sister hotel 5-10mins walk away.

The staff was incredibly nice! They were really helpful in getting settled in. I had a really late check-in, and they fast-tracked it so that I could go to bed as quickly as possible! They had incredible recommendations on what palces to try for food and where to exchange money. I had an evening flight and was able to store my luggage for the day, and they even offered a shower before heading to the airport! Really good service! One suggestion I would have is to clarify for those taking the airport shuttle pick-up that column 10 is outside of the arrival hall. It took me a while to realize, but that might have just been me.

The shower water temperature was inconsistent, shifting abruptly from warm to hot without any adjustment being made.

Close to everything, restaurants, shopping, spa, convenient stores, etc. None. Everything was perfect.

Communication for the moment of placing the booking was excellent, very clear, very informative. David the manager was very helpful. Phanh the receptionist, although only a trainee, very effecient and organised. Due to kitchen refurbishment, no breakfast is available here. You have to go to their sister hotel 10 mins walk away. Once yr there the buffet is very good.

The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Plus breakfast was great! Nothing!

The property is located very conveniently in the Old Quarter. Our room, and the property in general, was very clean. We also liked the courtesy extended to us by the staff and we really appreciated their attention to the details. The rooms were efficient and this is not a complaint. It’s just that one should be aware of this. I would still stay again with Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel Valley or any of their sister properties.

Everything about this place was absolutely top notch. They even had fresh flowers in my room, which I haven't seen in years! Location was amazing as well, close to everything yet distant enough from the chaotic noise. The staff is amazing and they definitely know what exceptional customer service standard is. Even on my last day they allowed me to hold baggage and use facilities if needed. Everyone here has been great, I will recommend this place to all my friends that come to Hanoi and I would definitely without a doubt come back myself. Everything was amazing, nothing negative at all.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. From the pricing, deals, cleanliness, and even their compensations for restaurant renovations are exceptional. Yet, the selling standpoint of the hotel for me is the service given by the management. My family kept on entangling ourselves with different complex and challenging situations, but the staff led by Mr. Dave were remarkably hardworking, professional and patient in helping us solve our problems. They had given us the best service any customer can ask for, I can’t say anything else than being in awe of the hotel’s customer service top quality. This is coming from someone who had traveled for more than 25 years in the industry. This review is completely honest, I would definitely return to stay here and also recommend the hotel to my family. To be completely critical, the hotel was quite unnoticeable the first time we tried to find it as we needed to locate the signage of the hotel name first in front of an alley. It was also a shame that we didn’t get to try the food provided by the hotel’s restaurant. Even then, they provided us with a substitute restaurant that was of top notch quality as well.
