The location was good, close to good food and bars Bed was rock hard, toilet didn’t work and took hours for someone to look at it, air con did not work either, promised a balcony on description and was awful

Good location in old town walking distance to most things. Cheap for location. Helpful staff on reception of prompted to ask for local food, directions ect. Good base if you just see it as somewhere to sleep and cheap for the price. Room wasn't very clean (stains on mattress protector, plastic bottles under bed, chewing gum in bin). Think hotel is also having renovations or work done as no proper sign to say it was the hotel, area with seating filled with other stuff so didn't make it very inviting, spa not available ect. Aircon generator outside room was very noisy and the drains smelt in the bathroom then also in the reception area. Plug sockets in room also not very good struggled to charge phone and have lamp on.

The location was great - very central to everything we wanted to see. The concierge were really helpful and helped us book excursions and even helped up rebook our flight in Vietnamese - we will be forever grateful! Nothing - it was great!

The hotel reception was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She even allowed us to store our belongings for several hours while we explored the town, waiting for our departure time to the airport. Also, the hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. When I arrived, the hotel was still undergoing construction on the ground floor, making the check-in area a bit messy. While the noise from the construction was quite loud, it was only noticeable on the first day.

Very reasonable rate.. On the 5th floor, a small a/c is not enough to make the big room cool.. They need to upgrade one more a/c or Fans to keep the room cool...

Helpful personal, kindness My room, there was some web on the corners and some bugs. I was living there 3 days, so the bugs became my friends
