All staff expceptionally helpful. Really enjoyed breakfast in my room, so an easy start to the day. Room spacious and well appointed. Lots of nice touches. They have a lovely cafe next door everything was great.

Central location, walkable to French Quarter and old Quarter. Very helpful staff who was able to hold my luggage while I'm out for a 2 day cruise Heads up that in the weekend, the streets in the area are pedestrian only. If you use Grab/Taxi, you'd have to walk out one block

Such a nice hotel. Friendly staff, nice room, very clean and in good repair. The tariff was so reasonable that I upgraded to a bigger room which was lovely. A different snack was delivered each afternoon. The wifi was good and the staff were very helpful. My room was at the front of the hotel and even though it was high there was some noise from outside early in the morning when ladies of a certain age do their exercise to loud music. I come from a big, noisy city so found it no problem but others may find it concerning.

Helpful staff Seven stairs with no handrail to enter hotel. This is not good for wheelchair users and the mobility impaired. There are two Silk Paths and one uses the word Boutique.

? WOW, did we ever have a great time at Silk Path Boutique Hotel. ? VALUE: - We opted for a Deluxe Double without view. We paid VND 7,257,600 for 2 pax without breakfast. ? LOCATION: - The location was absolutely perfect, literally right across the road at the south end of Hoan Kiem Lake. Taxi (Grab) was about 50min. - 15 min walk to the heart of the old quarter and many attractions, tons of restaurant choices just steps away. ? ROOM / SPACE: - The room was very well laid out with very nice attention to detail in the flavour of high end French style. Super attractive and functional. Spotlessly clean. - Very comfortable king bed, bathroom very functional decorated with fabulous marble and brass detail, The air-con worked perfectly, Wi-Fi was good and an ethernet connection was also provided. Satelite connected smart TV with many choices. ?? STAFF & SERVICE: - The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, professional and addressed us by first name as soon as we arrived. Amazing! - Check-in / check-out flawless. ? FACILITIES & AMENITIES: - Buffet or ala cart breakfast available, as well as laundry service (we used very cost wise services just steps away), elevator. - Can’t really say enough about this hotel.. ..one of our top ten stays ever. The staff is incredible. They are sweet and personable! They make you feel at home! The location of this hotel in Hanoi couldn't be better. You can walk to everything. The energy and activity around the lake is palpable, especially on the weekends!

Right on the walking lake! Front desk and breakfast staff were exceptional. More of an FYI- during wknds a cab cant drop right infront due to the pedestrian zone.
