location is good, staff nice. The shower water was very difficult to adjust. One night, there was only scalding hot water and no cold water at all, so I couldn’t take a shower.

Very central to restaurants and shops. And train street. I didn’t like the breakfast. The restaurant staff did not know how to make a poached egg.

Very busy with big tourist groups that were very loud and made breakfast a challenge.

Lovely comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. Location was great and the breakfast was good One night I had noisy people checking in late and very loudly complaining right outside my door for around an hour when I was trying to sleep. Not a bad point for the hotel but maybe try to ensure guests don’t disturb other guests trying to sleep.

its near to everything. and the staffs are so friendly and accommodating. they upgraded us to deluxe room with a little welcome arrangement. That was so generous of them. the bed is not made of spring mattress so lower your expectation. however it is soft. the smell of the ac seems to be of a smoke cigarette. probably due to other rooms not sure. however overall they made our stay perfect. we will surely come back though.

One room had a tub faucet that leaked over the edge to the floor, with a berm on the floor to contain the water. You could sometimes hear through the wall.

Room & Location The staff was not so friendly. No welcome drink.. Some trouble checking in. They forced us to show pasport and make a picture of it, while in Europe that's not even allowed anymore (due to all the personal details which hackers/criminals can use.) A copy was not enough, they needed all details in the pasport. Breakfast was okay, but for this quality hotel we expected a bit more

Thank you for the nice experience of staying in Hanoi, the beginning and end of the trip in Vietnam. You have extremely comfortable beds, the bedding smells good. I would like to praise your two employees at the reception, namely the woman with glasses, which she wore from time to time, and the guy with glasses, who was very talkative. Unfortunately, I don't know their names, they were on the 8th of January in the evening when we came back from the trip at eight o'clock. The boy told us in the conversation that he no longer consumes sugar, he drank one green drink. ?Maybe that's how he'll recognize himself. Both are very friendly, talkative, helpful and give off good energy. When the boy saw us the second time at the hotel, when we arrived after the New Year, he was very happy for us and it's really nice when the receptionist greets you like that. Both also speak English well. Once again, thanks and kudos to the team, the aforementioned lady and gentleman. Unfortunately, we didn't get to say goodbye to the two of them because they finished their shift while we were out for a walk. It is a great hotel, centrally located. The room was great, had working AC, breakfast was good. The staff was amazing, provided us with great recommendations where to dine as well as they let us store our luggage when we went for a 2 night trip to Cat Ba.
