The opinion is about Beryl Palace. The staff was very helpful. We bought there excursions. The breakfast were delicious. Location-perfect. Rooms comfortable and quiet.

I liked the central location in Old Quarter, close to most major attractions and cute cafes and restaurants. Beds were a bit hard and I’d prefer if it was just a shower, not a fan of bath showers.. the shower head was a bit low for me.

the rooms where tidy and good sized for what I needed. breakfast was very basic and most of the food was cold. we trusted the staff to organise some tours but many things we requested weren’t done and didn’t find out till we started. very disappointing and will know next time to organise them our selves. we wanted to use the sauna but realised you had to pay for it. bit of a let down, and last out room has a window to the hallway where a light constantly shines in. the blind they have Installed doesn’t cover it. very disturbing

We stay in Beryl Palace so I don't have an opinion for le beryl hanoi hotel . Beryl palace is good hotel but for sure no for 4 stars .

The location is perfect and staff was very nice. Also, the breakfast was good and vegetarian-friendly and the rooms clean. Just keep in mind that the rooms do not necessarily have windows (which can be an advantage regarding the exceptional traffic noise). In our case we had an encounter with a little cockroach coming from the AC in the ceiling, which is no drama, but in combination with some moisty scent led us to ask for another room. The staff was very professional and kind, took it with humor and gave us immediately another room. Here, however, we then had some noise from the nightly works of the cleaning/kitchen staff. The toilet flush was a bit "weak". We want to emphasize that all of this might well be just standard for a Hanoi city hotel, but keeping it in mind might help to make your decision and maybe choose a higher room class.

sir Richie was very approachable & accommodating us. He is a big help when ever I need guide where to travel around Hanoi. The hidden charges like 3 % if you paid in card. and when they transfer us in different hotel sister company.

The staff was nice We booked a room for 3 and we got a room for 2 with an added bed which was so uncomfortable that we had to sleep the 3 of us in the same bed (even if we asked the staff to change it). The room was cold (and the heating was not working), very noisy and the shower was not working properly.

Staff is very nice!! Good location. a bit expensive for what you're getting. my bed had random holes in the sheets and an ink stain. there's just as good for cheaper
