Big room and nice location. Receptionist very efficient. All our requests like taxi , toilet paper etc all met. The receptionist should learn how to speak english. Practice more.

Just 2kms from the center of Hanoi in a quiet neighborhood Sunrise hotel was a great choice. I’ve stayed for over 2 weeks, in a big room with king size bed and a view to the river. The room was great with a fridge, mini bar, water boiler and more. The stuff were very polite and helpful.

Nothing to like 1-Star Review – Misleading, Unprofessional, and Extremely Disappointing I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel and would strongly caution future guests. First, the room I booked was advertised as having a window. However, upon arrival I was given a room with no window at all, which was completely misleading. In addition, the room was not clean and far from what is shown in the photos online. The photos present a bright, well-maintained space, but the actual room felt poorly maintained and much darker than advertised. The staff told me they could move me to a “better” room,” but only if I immediately left a positive review — before even seeing the new room. This felt manipulative and highly inappropriate. On the second day, I unfortunately lost my room key card. I was then informed I had to pay 300,000 VND for a replacement. This was never explained at check-in. They claimed the information was written on the back of the card. I am visually impaired and would not have been able to read small print on the card. In most hotels, such policies are clearly communicated in advance. The amount charged is more than the cost of one night’s stay, which is completely unreasonable. After I filed a complaint with Booking.com, the receptionist who had previously promised to move me to a balcony room suddenly claimed that no balcony rooms were available. However, later that evening I saw a balcony room open and unoccupied. It felt as though I was being penalized for raising a complaint. At checkout, while I was rushing to catch my flight, they attempted to charge me again, claiming the towels were “dirty” due to coffee stains. They tried to delay my departure and insisted on additional payment. I felt pressured and uncomfortable, especially as I was concerned about missing my flight. I give it a five, only because of the good staff. In my room was a lot of destroyed things. All doors are not working properly or completely broken. Water from the bathtub spills onto the floor. The shower head doesn't work. Tv is not working.

Huge bed made of two smaller, there is a hole between mattresses. First day we lived in other room with smaller bed and it was with one solid mattress, that was better. Only one keycard for two people, I asked receptionist about second card, but they refused to give me one more. Elevator goes up only with keycard and light in room also works only with keycard. So if my wife wants to go to shop, but I want to stay in room there is just 2 options: I stay in room in darkness without electricity or to meet wife at 1st or 2nd floor to open elevator. Hotel prefer cash, if you are going to pay with card hotel charge extra 4%

Our stay was only a few hours, 2pm is check in time and we arrive very early i just paid extra for early check in. Locatio n is not at the downtown but taking grab is easy and kinda cheap. The room is good spacious but nothing is special. Going back- yes?

The hotel room was covered with black mold the ceiling bathroom and windo blinds and smell very strong inside the room and the hole way also in the elevator, far from everything. I'm surprised how they get good reviews this hotel should be shut down by health department.i don't recommend it at all. Everything.
