The location was great! And the staff very attentive. Our double room was large enough. Cannot use a hair dryer in the bathroom. Yet this is the ONLY mirror! Very inconvenient

Staff were very accommodating - offered early check in, which was much appreciated after an overnight train Nice rooms Clean and tidy Good location Nice pool area (we didn't use as the weather was a bit cold) Nothing!

Spa massage was wonderful, very relaxing after touring. Breakfast was varied and very good. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Location was great! Staff were helpful and friendly. outlets in room were inconveniently located.

the rooms were nice and comfortable, the beds and sheets were fresh and clean. It was very nice that we got new towels and robes each day. The pool area was small. Also the hair dryer didn't work in the bathroom which means we had to use it in the room where there were no mirrors. A mirror in the room would be nice.

Very confortable beds, amazing view from the swimming pool. A lot a small places were to eat delicious food. The only inconvenience was that the room are not soundproof, so you can hear everything when someone is talking on the corridor. So probably thay could hear what is happening in the room

Incredible value for money! I expected to pay so much more for such a luxury stay. It was in a quieter side of town, away from Old Quarter. The hotel is surrounded by nice, little coffee shops and lots of food options within walking distance. Zero complaints

The room is so so it’s abit old style but breakfast is fantastic I like the breakfast here

Room was perfect. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Not many hotels where you can get a swimming pool in a city. While it was a 20 minute walk to the Old Quarter it was worth the walk as it was nice and quiet.

It was clean and quiet - I had a room facing away from the main road. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you might need. The spa services are great although can get noisy when it’s busy. The roof top bar serves drinks and food and is a nicee place to hang out in the evenings. The gym is well equipped. The hot tub and sauna are good except you need to inform staff when you want to use it so that they can turn them on. The hot tub is very large and clean - it takes 1 hour to full. Convenience stores ATMs and pharmacies are close by. It’s sbout about a 30 min walk to the lake which is a little unpleasant due to limited sidewalk space - not a fault of the hotel - is like that all over central Hanoi. Its is very easy to catch a grab into town though. I also loved that they allow you to check out quite late for a small fee. There is alot of tour bus traffic traffic which is not really noticeable except at the breakfast buffet. The buffet itself is fabulous with a huge selection of hot and cold items. But the guests are not always that clean about handling the food. I probably wouldn’t elect the breakfast option again but I would stay here again.
