Friendly staff and good service. The check-in and check out process is very smooth and easy. We were also recommended places to visit in Hanoi during our stay here.

Location is great. 10 mins walk to the Hoan Keim lake, 10 mins walk to French Quarter. The staff is very helpful. Special thanks to Mathew at the reception for doing everything possible to make the experience better. Room is very small. Bathroom very small. Wash basin outside the bathroom. The hotel had provided an airport pickup for a fee. The car driver was probably driving a car for the 1st time in his life, almost hit multiple cars on the road. When I raised the issue with Mathew, he promptly gave me a refund of the airport transfer and even gave a discount on the total fare.

The hotel is well located, clean, staff is very nice. Very good value for the money Not a really 4 star (by European standards), but a good deal. The down side was that the room didn't have any window, which felt a bit strange.

Nothing Terrible place to stay. Dirty. I have no idea how they have 4 stars. Not even 1 star hotel. Better to sleep in a garbage bin than in that hotel.

The location is great and very close to everything in the Old quarter. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was plentiful. The rooms are smaller and more outdated than the pictures. The bathroom is small. The towel and bathroom amenities could be of higher quality. The hotel is down and alley not on a main street. I still felt safe.

When I arrived, they informed me that they had upgraded me and that I was only staying for one night. My flight to Da Nang had changed and I couldn't find a new schedule on the website, so the receptionist immediately called the airline. When I had doubts about the driver who was going to take me to the airport, the same receptionist was ready to call. The breakfast area, even though there are few options for a 4-star hotel, in my opinion manages to cater for all tastes. The staff are also very friendly.

Compact, clean, close to the centre of Hanoi - staff were extremely helpful and organised 1 x cruise holiday and 2 x private transfers which worked perfectly. All communications were fast and efficient.

Breakfast is amazing. Workers even more. They are so nice. Rooms as pictures. And everything clean. Completely worthy for the price. If i come back, i will stay again there! The only things to complain: laundry is 2 euros per kg. In the end of the street (5 meters away) there is a laundry of less than 1 euro. 100% recommend them. Also I do not recommend the massage. Not for the girl (she was amazing), but the place where she does. It is not a massage place so it is so cold since nobody is there.
